I did CNA classes at 1 of a Kind Medical Services, which used to be called PRN in Fort Smith, AR. The LPN teaching us was great! Once I finished the course, they hired me and I get to work in home health care for Medicaid clients, and at local nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care units. The office team is super friendly and they have someone available 24/7. If you're looking for a job or need some home health services, I totally recommend checking them out!

Took my CNA classes at 1 of a Kind and our instructor who is a certified RN Vicki was amazing she got down to business and I learn so much , she was professional and friendly at the same time , she answer all my questions and guide me the right way , I passed my knowledge and my skills test a week after graduating her class. I recommended 100% 1 of a Kind if you are looking in to getting your CNA.

Horrible horrible horrible
My terminally ill father needs help and they just call off every day?
I call the office every day to get the same story ... Sorry bout that, scheduling is hard, blah blah blah.
They changed their name recently, maybe to hide?
Would not recommend because they are just horrible.
Update: shortly after this review was posted I got a call from this company saying that they can have someone come out tomorrow and the next day. But this is the same thing I've been told for 2 weeks in a row now. I will keep you all posted.
Okay we got a permanent girl...she is acceptable, just not excellent. Way better than before when we had none.
Ok, so I raise to 3 stars now....stay tuned...

This company is unorganized, rude, and lies to their staff and clients.
I was fired because they lied to me about a client, I pinched a nerve in my shoulder, and I was told I had "NO CHOICE" but to file workman's comp. I got fired 3 days later after a year of commitment to the company.
This all happened because the office LIES to get aides to pick up clients so they don't have to look anymore.
