There is a saying that's goes " May your words be sweet and tender..for one day you may have to eat them." Well my words on Abbie Cox were harsh and sour and I take back what I said about Ms. Cox not being a good resource for 100 families. Not only did she take care of my balance, she is working on me being back on levelized billing. I had a bad experience and based on that I blamed it all on her and I should not have. So that being said. ..you are a great advocate for the people of Sebastián County Ms. Cox and I appreciate all you do! You're the best! Alice Johnson

I am very new to a situation that I am in. I have been calling and calling and calling and I even went up there and sat outside for 3 hours waiting on a call back so I can drop off documents for my rent and bills so I don’t lose my apartment due to hardship. I would like to suggest on getting more staff so if something like this happens again to someone else, they can be assisted in a timely manner
