Where do I start?

First off, the General Manager of the finest 24 hour fitness in the western Hemisphere, hands down, is Wendy Wootton.

Not only is she a friendly and encouraging face to your gym, she IS the reason your gym is successful.

Her friendly and genuine care for the members of the gym is a main point in why I keep renewing my 24Hour Fitness membership.

She is a natural leader of her crew, and effortlessly guides them day in and day out.

Other 24 hour fitness's in the area fall far below the hygienic standards of this gym, not to mention broken or unrepaired equipment. I never have to worry about that here.

Thank you Wendy and staff for making my gym experience a highlight of my chaotic day.

I like that the gym is very convenient for me.
I joined this gym, mainly because of the group classes they are offering.
Though I suggest that they make an arrangement with the owner of The Village to have some kinda pass for the parking. Since, we're already paying for the gym membership - the parking should be included too. If not, they can have additional pass for parking (at a discounted rate of course).
And also, I don't lime the fact that the steam rooms are shared. Since they have 2 steam rooms, women and men should be separated...
I also noticed that during yoga class, some members are entering the room and getting some equipment. That shouldn't be happening cuz it's distracting the class. It's okay if it's some dance class but for a yoga class - this was not supposed to happen (at least that's my opinion).

Well after being a member since the move from West Hills and residing in Woodland Hills, my peers and I will be rescinding our membership.

This being the first time interacting with the current manager - lack of integrity, lack of professionalism, and initiating unnecessary issues - this is a place of solitude and ease, we can do without! Also, additional personnel and members witness several racial motivated issues by this manager as well. If management are not catering to all members and respecting their time and money, why should we continue being loyal to this establishment. Think of the members that have been with you through pandemic and all and to be treated as such - we are asking manager be removed.

My first time at this gym today as I came in as a guest. My first impression was that some of the staff did not look very friendly. I don’t like the fact that the steam rooms are shared by both men and women. The shower rooms does not seem very clean and some equipment machines seems old.
What I do like is the big glass windows all around the gym( just hope it’s not too hot in the summer) as well as the industrial style ceiling . Also, the fact that they have a lap pool and basket ball court as well. The gym itself is quite spacious and coming in today , I didn’t have to wait much to use the machines. In addition , I do like the location as you can do your shopping while you are here .

Very impressed with the new upgrades. Management has done an excellent job hiring new people who are friendly and take care of the gym, specifically cleaning up after the members that don’t care to keep it clean. Only issue is how busy and those members who have no respect for keeping it nice and expect someone else to do it for them.

Overall this is a good gym but i am giving it a 2 stars for one main reason, no bathroom on the main workout area. The bathroom that was there got closed and it's now "storage". This is not acceptable and forces anyone needing to use a restroom to go down stairs to the locker room. Locations such Mission Hills, West Hills all have bathroom on the main floor, it's time this location fix this issue.

Since remodeling, the gym has improved but there are still improvements that can be done. 1) This gym needs to have overnight cleaning staff, the trashcan are overflowing 2) Open unisex on the main floor, it's ridiculous that we need to walk downstairs to the locker room to use a restroom ( leave broom & mop in the bathroom to encourage members to keep it clean). 3) Leave out brooms on the main floor, if you want members to do their part in keeping the gym clean. 4) For safety reasons please mop the stairs overnight when the traffic is low and not in the middle of the day! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Certainly! Here’s a draft for your review:

Feedback on Customer Service at 24 Hour Fitness

As a long-time member of 24 Hour Fitness, I have always appreciated the facilities and services offered. However, my recent experience with Jazzy at your location has been disappointing, to say the least. Her customer service has been among the worst I’ve encountered.

Rather than addressing concerns professionally, she attempted to deflect responsibility by using the “I’m a woman” card as an excuse for her unprofessional behavior. This is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of respect and accountability I’ve come to expect as a member of this gym.

I believe all staff members should treat customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of circumstances. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to ensure a better experience for all members moving forward.
