It’s a nice indoor facility servicing multiple sports activities from baseball to soccer and a few in between. This large venue does a good job at maximizing space & cordoning it off so that there’s little to no interference. We practice winter baseball hitting and adjacent to our times is gymnastics & soccer, yet we never feel cramped. In the winter it’s warm, yeah! A thumbs up.

My 9u SOA team worked with Duncan at the Madison heights location for a few months now. The boys absolutely loved it, Duncan was also able to accommodate us. He added the Strength and Conditioning class right after our practice in the morning so we didn’t have to leave the building.

So much to say. First of all, Joe Neal is the best trainer in the area, bar none. My son is a two sport athlete like many of the young people who train here, and Joe crafted a great plan for him with results to match. In fact he crafts a new plan every other week or so. Fair prices too. Knowledgeable staff and top notch facility, the Jennings family highly recommends!

You don't have to be an athlete to get into/stay in shape. You can pair up with a trainer, or join the UPT program to work at your own pace during your own hours. Def. worth it and the gym is awesome!
