My first time doing yoga so I can’t compare it to anything but I enjoyed it! The instructor was nice and great at centering and giving good instructions. I’d recommend bringing a towel over a yoga mat, it’s easier to do yoga on sand. Do beware that the sand trucks might be there plowing sand in the morning.

One of the most incredible experiences I’ve had. I did the Friday evening class led by Sujal. Imagine a comprehensive yoga class under the open sky, the sound of waves crashing in the background, and the instructor giving you an overview of who we really are as humans. Truly a spiritual experience. I can’t wait to do this class again when I’m in Miami.

What a perfect way to start the day, 7am Sunrise yoga on the BEACH!!!

Radha, the instructor on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday is excellent, helpful with clear instructions and a kind voice. Benjamin on Monday and Friday is great, too. Thanks for making the start of my day perfect, hence the rest of the day as well.

Yoga on the beach can be tougher than you'd expect, sand gets everywhere. The Yogis were very nice and knowledgeable with adjustments and very welcoming to any and all that show up for class. Do note, for us northerner and cold weather types, classes may not happen if the temps are below 55 and or raining. (Found in the FAQs page after a search)
