You would actually have to see this fitness center to believe it, it's military so civilians would have to be guess. State of the art facility, huge enormous structure with to name just a few, racquet ? ball, basketball ? weight room, and so much more. And it's free. Just amazing.

Please fix the Sauna in the mens locker room. It’s been out for a while. There’s not a lot of options anywhere else, and Little Rock Athletic club is extremely expensive.

Best gym ever. Loads of machines and weights. If someone's where you want to be it's easy to find something else for a while.

About a quarter of the equipment is broken or under repair. If you aren't fully vaccinated you need to wear a mask while you work out which is kind of a downer. Otherwise just wipe down the equipment as you go with the provided alcohol wipes. It's clean. The tape from the covid-19 nonsense is kind of haphazard and not really doing what it was intended to do. For the most part though it's an excellent facility with basketball courts, a walking area, a sauna in the changing room, lockers if you bring your own lock are provided. I don't know if or when the juice bar will open back up I usually go at night or early morning because I use the 24-hour access. You can't take a guest after 10 p.m. so plan accordingly.

Due to the pandemic the constant change of available equipment makes it a bit more difficult to generate a routine. However the gym is very accommodating with a wide variety of weights, machines, and cardio rooms / equipment. I really enjoy this and I'm sure it will be even better when we can return to normal life.

The track is small and the distances aren't well labeled. There could be more in the weight room. The staff is friendly and helpful
