The workers at the program were nice, and worked well with my sister. The supervisor Pat was not. She comes off as intimidating ,a little racist, and uncaring. My sister and I are dealing with the death of our dad, and the she treated us poorly with our situation. This is the first time my sister, and I had to deal with losing a parent. There is no handbook on dealing with grief. Pat should be more compassionate and not so angry.
