Milagros at Mundo Azul is wonderful! My daughter went here when we were in the Bay Area and she loved it there and had a great time. Milagros made sure that my daughter followed the schedule - meals, naps, and playtime. She loves the food there and always ate everything happily! Milagros was often flexible with timing and always gave us plenty of notice when any changes would be coming up. Milagros truly loves and cares for the kids very well and ensures their safety and development. She’s a warm and soft spoken person and I truly recommend her to everyone!

Unprofessional. I wanted information about this pre-school that is around the corner from the house. She told us to come back at 5pm that day. I called her before going to her place. She stated, she had a appointment. She proceeded to ask me questions over the phone about my daughter. She was concerned about the sleeping time. She told me she will check her schedule and will call me back in about 1 hour. I was waiting for her call and no call back, not even the next day. I texted her my number to make she she had it and I told her I was waiting for her call. She did not call back at all. Communication, being honest and the first impression is very important.
