We love CCC! There are so many opportunities for creative outdoor and indoor play. The teachers create a space for kids to be themselves and they are experienced at helping kids work through challenging moments. It's impactful watching the CCC teachers help kids build skills to communicate about their needs, boundaries, and feelings. We have grown tremendously as parents by being part of this co-op and being in community with the teachers and other families.

I'm so glad that we enrolled our daughter in CCC. The play-based model allows her to explore and grow at her own pace. Facilities are beautiful, with large indoor and outdoor spaces in both the front (3-4 year old) and back (4-5 year old) areas. I also love volunteering, and participating in community with other families. My daughter has independent relationships with all the other adults who volunteer, as well as the children. They also have an incredible conflict resolution approach, helping kids to check in after an altercation and voice their emotions and needs. Absolutely recommend this school!

CCC is such an incredibly magical place. The teachers and staff are phenomenal at guiding both children and their families/caregivers. The co-op model requires effort and input from all, and the result is a truly supportive and nourishing village that is hard to find in so many aspects of our modern world. The anti-biased, play-based approach is invaluable - our child has developed creativity, confidence, friendships, conflict resolution skills, and so much imagination. The school is dedicated to inclusion and belonging and really walks the walk to create an inclusive space for all families. I am so glad we chose this preschool as our home away from home.

My child goes to CCC and it's been the most incredible learning experience for both him and myself. The program is play based and kids spend a lot of time outdoors- two things that were really important to me when I was searching for a preschool. As a coop, parent's participate regularly in the classroom and in doing so, get to be actively involved in their children's education as well as learn about important topics such as communication, self regulation, and conflict management. More than anything, the sense of community and belonging has been really wonderful. Being new to the area, this was important to our family. I highly recommend CCC for any families looking for a local coop!

CCC is a truly magical place for children and families, and we feel so lucky to be part of this beautiful community. The teachers are true masters of child development and treat each child like their own. I am constantly in awe of how the teachers are able to find and bring out the good in each and every child and make them all feel special, valued, and cared for. One of the best parts of being a CCC parent is the opportunity to be directly involved with your child’s education and getting to learn alongside the staff about how to be a stronger parent and community member. Although we have only been at the school for a couple months, I have already grown so much as a parent, and my daughter is thriving as well.

We love CCC! Our child has been a student here for 1.5 years and has been incredibly happy, engaged, and well supported by the teachers and the whole community. There's also something magical about a cooperative preschool -- it fosters a rich web of inter-generational relationships, and models collaborative decision making and mutual support during these formative early years. This is actually a six-star review because I can’t imagine a better place for my preschooler to thrive. We are in our third year (second child) at CCC and have had generally positive experiences at three other preschools prior to this one. The thing is, the community and the marvelous teachers and the wonderful open-air campus make this school incomparable to even an exceptional traditional preschool. We had no complaints at all about the lovely school our youngest went to prior to CCC but once he was old enough for the front yard it was an easy choice to switch over. Yes, the coop model is a major time commitment but we have found that it is time we’ll spent during precious early years that can feel like a blur sometimes. CCC feels like a part of my family now and I’m deeply grateful to have found it.

I am so grateful that we found CCC (and made the decision to commute 30 minutes each way to participate). It is an incredible community of parents and teachers committed to an anti-bias curriculum and supporting the social-emotional learning of our young people. A co-op preschool isn't do-able for everyone, but if you're able to stretch to make it work, this is a truly special place.
