Overall I like them. However, there is a long waiting list to obtain services, appointments made with psychiatrist are based on the few days a month he's there (so appointments are sometimes inconvenient and rescheduling is out of the question), and the counselor at Excelsior refused to accommodate our school schedule. We've had the pleasure of working with several counselors over the years who were both professional and helpful. Staff is always friendly, the doctor is always on time with appointments and having a counselor comes to us or to my child's school is super convenient.

This place is awful customer service stucks they don’t value your time and it’s a waste of tax payers dollars.. literally I can’t wait wait until I don’t have to deal with this place anymore
