The payment account receivables customer service is not around to help or want to help. I had a monthly bill that I set up and paid the first payment but they didn't have it flagged as paid and saying it is a duplicate. I talked to a service rep 3 times and they said send it to their supervisor. I sent my copy of the credit bill payment 3 times and no reply at all. Called and the supervisor person is always never around or will not take the call. So I paid with a credit card and I have the invoice but they keep on not recognizing a payment that happened. It is simple math that I paid and kept on saying their system had a mistake on having two payment dates that were close to each other. They flagged the incorrect date next to another payment and saying they are the same. I have a credit card bill that says it was paid a month before but no call back to discuss or review. Lastly. the regular customer rep that takes the day to day call keeps on saying send it to supervisor and not call back from the supervisor 3 times. So customer service is very poor and just ignores you.

Literally would need a whole day to write every life threatening emergency that these people WIPE OFF like it's no big deal.
And I mean it. You could have a stroke, and they will send you home with a cough!
THEY DID IT TO MY GRANDMA. Permanently damaged her beyond belief for the rest of her life until she died!!
And many things have happened since then but as I'm sitting here, they just do not care that my friend is showing serious signs of his tooth killing him and they literally had him in there for 15 minutes!!!! They don't even DISCHARGE YOU THAT FAST!!!! And it's empty right now!!!!!

This hospital needs to feel SHAME for their laziness!!

ALSO ASKED 3 TIMES FOR EMERGENCY INSURANCE AND THEY WERE TO LAZY TO DO ANYTHING, "WE'LL GET BACK YOU ON THAT" !!!

Don’t go here. Lousy diagnosis. A sprain is actually a serious injury.

Clueless billing department. Two insurances and they don’t know how to bill. You will wait for a long time as you sit on hold. Even after talking until you are blue in the face, nothing will get resolved.

My mother was taken by ambulance to Bear Valley hospital April 20, 2024 approximately 2 pm. Due to crowding was left on a gurney in the hallway. My mother is older and was in a very disoriented and weak state. Staff was notified she was just released from hospital two days prior, has cancer and diabetes. We were not allowed to come in to check on her but were able to see her from the ambulance bay She had very little care. We communicated with one of the staff, that she was disoriented and would not be able to remember what doctors or nurses were telling her or to communicate information accurately related to her care. She had soiled herself, we asked staff if we could go back to change her. They said no. We provided them with a change of clothes since we were not allowed to be with her or change her. We also provided a phone number to provide us information if something changed. They did let us know she was going to be transferred to Kaiser, they were just waiting for Kaiser to let them know when a bed was available. We were able to get her cell phone placed with her belongings, thanks to a paramedic. This allowed us to be able to see and track her location. Thankfully, we were able to do this. Since Bear Valley staff DID NOT notify us when she was actually moved. We were able to see her location had changed and was being transported to Kaiser Ontario approximately 5 am the next morning. Once in Ontario, her clothes were changed and had to be discarded. Bear Valley staff left her in feces soiled clothes for over 8 hours. Her blood sugar had dropped into the 50’s and was caught by the ambulance personnel. The level of care she was received while in the emergency room was horrible.

My nine-year-old son came in with a terrible case of altitude sickness, vomiting near constantly and seriously dehydrated. The entire staff on call was friendly, professional, quick and caring. The reception team was efficient and got us in quickly, and the sanitation crew was cleaning a very well kept lobby area. Special shout out to Nurse Lisa, who took a special interest in making sure my son was comfortable and given the medical attention he needed. Her caring demeanor calmed both son and worried mom! Leaving this review because I was surprised to see so many negative comments and was hesitant to bring him in!

So get this, in 2020, I was made to go there by a paramedic who was called against my wishes. After telling the paramedic, I did not call them they strapped me to a gurney and took me to this place. I had a cut on my chest that could have been crazy clued, but they stitched it with 9 stitches, which could have been accomplished by three. Diagnosed me with bruised ribs and a litany of other things without as much as much an x-ray.My insurance paid for it. Here's the kicker, a couple of months later, I get a bill for over $8000. I talked to their choosing service, and they said it was never taken care of. Long story short, this place riots you of.

Tina Y was one of the most amazing & tenderedhearted medical personal I have ever met. I took a trip to big bear last month December 17-19 2023 & during my visit to the ER Tina constantly checked on me & made sure I was comfortable whether it was offering me a blanket, asking if I was okay or feeling better, offering me jello or water & simply just had such a sweet & pure personality and cheerful. The whole staff was amazing overall just Tina really stood out to me. She’s definitely in the right profession & my bf and I both could tell she truthfully cares for others. She is both sympathetic & empathetic. I never write reviews & I made an account just to write this & even though this was a month ago I promised I would share my experience with her because I want the staff & others to truly know how amazing Tina is & how her work & genuine care doesn’t go unnoticed . Thank you Tina ! I felt like I was being cared for by mother <3 I never expect staff to go above & beyond & I am very aware how hard working in any medical environment could be or how demanding & stressful it can be at times so I never expect someone to be so cheerful & super kind lol but Tina really touched a place in my heart <3

My boyfriend and I went to the ER for a hand injury and the staff was so kind. They got us in quick,they were empathetic and beyond helpful. The doctor, nurses, and staff were so wonderful. We have lived here in BB for 3 years and this was our first visit to the ER for a sudden injury. We want to thank the entire staff for helping us in our time of need. We appreciate you and thank you for everything.
