Tier-1 Helicopters is an awesome experience, my wife got me a tour for a Christmas present, a 30 min flight, flew with Mark. You don't realize what is all around us until you see it from the air. Mark is an awesome pilot and it was fun flying with him. I booked an discovery flight and flew with Glen, now the discovery flight is where it's at, after a little ground work, you can experience taking the controls of the helicopter and flying it for a little bit. If you ever want to see Auburn, opelika area from a helicopter, book a flight with Tier-1 you won't be disappointed

Booking the sunset flight was the perfect way to kick off my Birthday weekend!

I’ve been fascinated with helicopters since I was a kid and have always wanted to learn to fly them. Now, Tier-1 is helping make that a reality. I took a discovery flight a few months ago and was hooked. I just started private pilot lessons. The instructors are friendly, patient and encouraging; all key in effective learning. I’ve felt safe and comfortable the entire time we’re in the air. The online scheduling through Flight Circle makes planning around a full-time job easy for me.

I’m really enjoying the challenge and the feeling of being alive after each flight, and I’m really looking forward to continuing this journey. I highly recommend Tier-1 to anyone thinking about learning to fly helicopters. I’m having a blast!

I decided to get recurrent in helicopters and chose Tier-1 Helicopters for my training. My instructors were friendly, knowledgeable and had wide variety of practical helicopter flying experience. The aircraft I flew was clean, safe and well maintained. I highly recommend Tier-1 Helicopters in Auburn for initial, advanced or recurrent training.
