I can’t say enough wonderful things about the teachers and staff at River Oaks Charter Academy. My daughter goes to the WestLake Village campus. Since starting at River Oaks her grades have improved and she’s more focused on her long term goals. She’s thriving!! As a junior , she’s being prepared for college by her teachers and counselors. Dual enrollment with Moorepark College is an option for juniors and seniors. Changing from public high school to River Oaks was the best decision as a parent I’ve ever made !!!!

We absolutely love this school. Our family chose River Oaks because of their emphasis on academia and how they helped tailor our kids education to fit their very different needs. Our kids have been here since 2016 and they are so happy, engaged and love learning. The staff are beyond amazing and we are so thankful they have been such a huge support to us and so many other families. This is truly individualized learning in its best form.

I wouldn’t enroll or refer anyone to your school, My daughter proudly enrolled her 2 youngest children in your school where they were only there for 5 weeks, My youngest grandson is Autistic so learning and doing school work is sometimes challenging, But everyday my daughter and her son would sit down and complete his work hut to you it wasn’t good enough. You guys stated she failed to respond to your emails but she did and you know it , You made her feel so bad she dis enrolled them. She will home school them and they will learn more including be honest . Try teaching your students and families respectful , You wanting or believing he should of had 12 weeks worth of work done when he’s only been enrolled with you for 5 weeks. You don’t know what FAPE is do you it’s free and appropriate education , You don’t deserve any stars and shouldn’t even be teaching our children your dishonest , and your expectations are unreasonable shame on you RIVER OAKs . it's the best decision we ever made which is to enroll our kids in this school,teachers and staffs are amazing,I can see alot of improvement and motivation on my kids,teachers are very helpful and hands on with their students,It is a family-friendly school,the school is well-organized and tidy,they have a lot of workshops to choose from which my kids are really enjoying,i will definitely refer this school
