I have had the opportunity to work with CTFF both as a classroom teacher and for professional learning experiences. As a classroom teacher, my school sites depended on Teaching Fellows to assist in our goals of giving every student an excellent education. Teaching Fellows allowed me the opportunity to differentiate my lessons and provide targeted small group interventions for my students to guarantee the opportunity for students to meet standards and achieve academically. Once I left the classroom and took on other roles for my district, I was given the opportunity to provide professional learning opportunities for Teaching Fellows. These PLs consisted of whole group lecture style meetings where TFs were always engaged and eager to learn more of how they can succeed in their roles and better support our students. Overall, I have had amazing experiences with CTFF and have the student data to prove it. Thank you CTFF.

I took part in this program in college. I was hired with Solunet and taught at an elementary school. The team I worked with was super unprofessional and I remember someone cursed me out on the walkie talkies where these can be heard by children and teachers present. After bringing up the issue to my supervisor, they dismissed the case and allowed that staff member to continue working.

After raising the issue to leadership above my supervisor, they dismissed the issue and gave me a certificate to thank me for my work. As if the piece of paper would silence this really serious issue. I left and never looked back and received better opportunities that blew this place out of the water.

From my experience the environment is highly toxic and additionally, exploitive of the teachers that do work extremely hard in ASP. Working here is good experience for a few months tops, after that, get out.

California Teaching Fellows Foundation offers undergraduate students internship experience. I had the opportunity to be part of CTFF's student internship program as I worked towards completing my Bachelors degree. This internship not only offered mentorship, but opened the doors to career opportunities with the foundation. I would highly recommend undergraduate students to apply for the internship program at CTFF. Best decision I've ever made!

I have been working with this organization for just over 2-months now. I previously was employed with the Federal & State Government for over 4 years and worked with City Government for over 6years. I have to say CTFF is an organization unlike any other thus far. The staff is more family-oriented and then colleague relationship. The pay is exceptional, with being a full-time college student they work around my schedule to maximize my hours, whilst making sure that my priorities are in-line and the kids in which we make a difference for daily are not short-handed.

Worst company ever. They discriminate employees and never take matters seriously. Maria chacon is very unprofessional and terminated me due to my life outside of work and over some rumors she would never answer my calls or text regarding the problems going on at work. They did not take my case seriously after I was treated unfairly at work and showed proof that I was being treated unfairly at the school site. I recommend doing your research before working with company .

CTFF is an awesome Job for college students looking for a challenge. Staff are cool and so are the office staff. This is a good place for people who want to be teachers to start or maybe you don't want to be a teacher? This is still a good place to get a feeling of a professional environment with responsibilities to help you grow!
