My child was on the waiting list for a year but I'm glad she made it in! The school is amazing! It's very clean, organized, and structured. They have small classrooms with the 12:1 student to teacher ratio. The teachers are experienced, which is very reassuring. The staff turnover rate is low, which tells you that they treat the staff right. As a parent, I am always kept up-to-date with events through email, posters, or the school app. The teacher knows what's going on with my child and informs me of anything that we can work on. The app is routinely updated with meal intakes and pictures of my child's day. I definitely feel safe leaving my child here.

Our son has been going to The learning experience for 6 months now. Ms Zoila is amazing!. She is so thoughtful and kind and she is very patient with the kids. My son’s communication skills have improved a lot and he now loves reading books. Ms Kristen and Mr Rob are very welcoming. I Highly recommend TLE!

If I could give a negative 10,000 stars, I would.

The positive reviews here are all focused on naming one of the teachers at the same point in time because if a parent leaves the teacher's name in the positive review then this teacher can earn a $25.00 gift card from the school.

Our experience with this school was extremely disappointing. My child was scratched on the face and arm by his teacher's MISS VIDA fingernails. Despite my repeated attempts over three days to address the issue with the owner, my concerns were consistently delayed and dismissed. It was only after I involved the police that the owner acknowledged the incident and agreed to waive tuition as compensation.

However, the following week, the owner denied that the injury had occurred at the school.

This situation bears a strong resemblance to another incident from three years ago when a child was similarly scratched by a teacher. After speaking with the mother involved in that case, I discovered that the owner followed the same pattern: offering an apology only after police involvement, initially agreeing to a refund, and a week after they denied our kid's injury at the school. Please see the attached screenshot for more details.

In my view, this suggests that, over three years, the school has made no significant improvements to address the safety of the children in their care.

Moreover, they refused to provide access to video surveillance footage, leaving parents without sufficient evidence to pursue further action.

More concerning is the possibility that they may preemptively contact relevant authorities before a parent can file a complaint, making it even harder for parents to pursue proper resolution or justice when incidents occur involving their children.

After a 4-day cooling off period, I would like to provide a review about this school.
My child started at this location on 8/19/2024. Before the enrollment, we consulted about my child maybe too little to start while he just turned 2 years old on 17th. We thought he can start when he is older, but the worker told us 2 years old is the best age for a child to start. We mentioned that our child doesn't speak English at home yet, and maybe not able to understand what the worker assured us that the child would adapt quickly, promising us that we would see great progress about our child.
However, my experiences did not meet our expectations.
In Aug, and Sep, my child has several injuries including fall from the bench and bumped his head on the first day of his school. One day his hand got pinched and one nail completely fell off later on. It must really hurt because my child won't let me touch his hand.
From Sep to the end of Oct, my child was frequently sick with a runny nose, and we understood this is a part of starting school, but sometimes we see kids with runny noses covering their faces in the class, and the teachers seem to pay no attention about it.
In Nov, we started receiving notices about my child misbehaving, While the school assured us this was normal for a 2-year-old naughty kid and that they will working with us patiently. Then one day we went to pick up our child and couldn’t find him. The teacher explained that, due to staff shortages from another teacher being absent, my child had been moved to a different class. We didn’t think too much of it at the time. However, on 11/30, in the morning, we asked if he would be moved again. The teacher assured us this wouldn’t happen. But by 11 a.m., we received a phone call, saying our child had hit another student with a toy. We apologized immediately and rushed to the school, only to find that our child had been moved to another class again, with unfamiliar children and teachers.
The school’s reasoning? They said our child was “too mischievous” and they were trying a different teaching strategy by placing them in a smaller group to see if he would calm down a little bit. But isn’t this something that should be discussed with parents before they act?
The breaking point came in on Dec 4th. When picking up our child at 4:30 p.m., we found him sitting alone at the front desk in “timeout.” We did not know when he was being taken out there and the principal explained that our child had disrupted others. My wife said she feels it's a "timeout" because my child has no toys and no books during his sitting. Then later on I want to see some footages about my child and the school tells me that only live video with no recording, so if I want to see his behavior I have to go to school and sit in the office to watch the camera.
At this point I discussed with my wife to withdraw my child from this school, I called, and they were asking for a 2 weeks' notice about transfer, or a drop out and still need to pay. (They did not charge me after I discussed it with them.)
Here are some of my concerns.
Teacher training and school culture.
The teachers are good people, but they are not professional for a two-year-old class. They often look tired, are not very engaging with the children, and the frequent presence of part-time staff raises concerns about their qualifications.
Many donations and sales emails.
I understand school is a business and I respect the school's culture. I fell they should pay more attention to helping the children in their daily care instead of sales.
About my child these ongoing issues have not only affected his physical and emotional health but have also caused significant stress and concern for our family. Me and my wife both work, and we don't have too much time during the day. I think the school is overpriced. This school might suit calm, compliant children, but it’s not a good fit for more active or mischievous kids. If safety, communication, and quality of care are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Every teacher my child has had so far have been amazing. Ms. Zoila always greets our child with so much warmth and it truly makes a difference. Our child is always excited to go to school every day! The admin staff also call each child by name and it’s a small/big detail that makes the experience that much more special.

Had a wonderful experience here! My son attended for two years. He loved his P3 teacher Ms. Dalana. She really pushed him to do his best and never let him give up! Was a very friendly environment and felt like home! We were sad to leave. It felt like we were leaving home, but he was very prepared for his next adventure off to the big kid school! I would definitely choose The Learning Experience Eastvale again! Everyone made you feel like family and very welcomed!

TL;DR: Evidence-based curriculum for your little; exhibit the highest standards regarding following licensing guidelines and regulations for group care; experienced, supportive, knowledgeable teachers and staff.

My two year old has been in the twaddler class for a few months now. I'm so happy my husband and I made the decision to take him here for his first school/daycare experience. We went on a tour with MR. ROBB who was so nice and friendly. He took his time during the tour and showed us around. I was impressed with how clean the facility is and all the resources they have. We put our deposit down a short time after and got on the waiting list when my son was 2 months old. I highly recommend doing this if you're interested in coming here. Because we got on the list early, we were fortunate to start right when my child turned 2.

MS. KRISTEN helped onboard us when it came time to enroll our son. As new parents, it was overwhelming to get all the paperwork done and prepare our son for our school. MS. KRISTEN was truly a huge support for us during this time. She was the first person we met with during our child's first day. She is so easy to talk to and so prompt with answering our questions. There was an incident that happened recently (these are inevitable) and I'm impressed with how she dealt with the situation. We were informed right away and she was, again, so proactive with following up and addressing our concerns.

Since this was my child's first experience in a school/group care situation, I was so nervous and apprehensive when my son first started. MS. ARACELY totally put my heart and mind at ease. She is so sweet and gentle with the kids (and to us parents too!). My child sees her as one of his safe people at school. She comforts my son when he is sad to get dropped off and offers him his picture or favorite toy at school to ease the transition. I also love hearing her updates at the end of the day at pick up.

MS. RUTH is awesome and you can tell she's a natural with the twaddlers in my son's class. I'm so impressed with how skilled she is at redirecting the kids when they have a lot of post-nap energy! MS. RUTH is so patient and kind. Recently, my son was having a difficult morning because he had been sick, and when we got to the classroom, he opened his arms out and reached out to hug her.

MS. LUCY is super sweet and was a huge support when my child was still acclimating to TLE life. We'd run into her at the parking lot during drop off and she always greeted my son with a huge smile on her face. She is so caring. She gave my son hugs during drop off and helped him out during meals. At pick up, she gave us detailed updates on how his day went and how he was adjusting to TLE.

MS ELENA and MS LANA up at the front are also really amazing! I've seen them (MS KRISTEN too) spend more focused time with kids who maybe needed more support and cuddles during the day. They are all so awesome. How they are able to greet each child by name is beyond impressive. Always glad to see them during pick up and drop off.

In my opinion, the littles that don't do or wouldn't do as well here would be those who require more specialized needs for education and care and would benefit from having more one-on-one attention in smaller, less-structured settings. Anecdotally, most children do really well here and possibly even surpass their peers in terms of their learning, development, and socioemotional growth.

Go Ms. Robbie! She happens to be the teacher of the month. She is also one of the many amazing staff at The Learning Experience, Eastvale. Since the very beginning of our journey in searching for a school for our kid, TLE Eastvale was communicative and accommodating. We are also grateful for Ms. Kristen and Mr. Rob.

We've been with the school for a few months now. Even though we are still getting acquainted and getting used to the routine, it has been a smooth process. All of our questions are answered, phone calls received and even other teachers and staff that we came across are respectful and helpful. The curriculum here is also wonderful for my little prepper. He's excited to learn new things, make friends, and have fun at school. He gets so excited each time we pass by the school and always points to it and tells everyone in the car, "Look it's my school!!!".
