Online renewal course with Esther was great. Effective review. Instructor highlighted important concepts, and asked class questions along the way, reinforcing learning of the material. Time efficient. Prompt release of my AHA card after passing quiz. Will return in 2 years for renewal.

I waited until the last minute to get my BLS for healthcare providers renewed and they got me in only days after I called. The class was very well run and provided great information. Ron was an amazing instructor and not only was knowledgable in the subject but was kind and funny as well. Highly recommend them to get your certifications through.

This was far better than sitting in class for hours! I did the self-paced AHA course for ACLS and then took the skills portion with Esther at CSI. She was very knowledgable, kind, and just an overall great instructor. Will be booking further skills sessions with this company for sure!

This was my first time taking the ACLS course. I struggled for weeks to find a facility that offered the course in Florida. Thank God i found CSI and instructor Ron C. made the experience even better. The Instructor was very efficient and knowledgeable on the topic. I highly recommended going to CSI for any type of CPR renewal.

I have not taken a BLS/CPR class in years. I have to say that my instructor Esther Carneige was the most thorough and knowledgeable instructor. I found her class easy to navigate and having it on Zoom still provided me with the needed skills to be able to provide life saving measures to someone if I need too. To top it all off, even though class was large, she still managed to provide the certification on the same day. I would definitely recommend taking Esther's class. She offers an ACLS certification class as well for those who may need or want it.

Ron ensured an interactive learning experience for all students which I appreciated. He also made a few jokes which made learning lively.

I am a travel nurse and needed to renew my BLS and PALS certifications quickly for my next assignment. I was able to sign up for next day classes, thanks to all of their online course options.
