Last fall I walked into a Pilates studio for the first time looking for a new challenge for myself. I am a dedicated spin cycler but wanted to become more flexible, stronger in my core, and improve my balance. I have been amazed at my progress and know that I am more flexible and fit than I’ve been in years. Pilates of SD in Fairbanks Ranch is clean and welcoming, and Hope is a particularly excellent instructor who is fun, caring, and encouraging, and who changes up my workouts so they are never boring while I continue to progress. Bravo!

Wonderful pilates studio with the best instructors! My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love the clean, convenient, and well equipped studio but most importantly we love our wonderful private instructor Hope! She is extremely knowledgeable, super attentive, caring, and overall a wonderful teacher as we learn and continue to evolve our pilates practice!

I have been taking Pilates with Ania London for a number of years now and I am a 20 year veteran of Pilates. I have never had an instructor as good as Ania. She is considerate of your body needs, patient, kind, and a great role model. Her instructors are all extremely well educated and trained to deal with any issues. All her staff give great workouts. I think Pilates Of San Diego is awesome!

This is a great pilates studio. I have been doing private sessions with Anya and Sonia. They have such a wide range of knowledge about the body and tailor each workout to your needs. I have never done the same exercise twice in 3 months. They really keep your body guessing; its fantastic!

First off, the studio is beautiful and airy. Lovely location with easy parking. Second, the instructors are amazing. What I particularly love is their attentiveness to any "trouble spots" you might have. I love this studio and highly recommend it!
