We are so grateful for the care our daughter has received since she started at Palm Academy at just 2 months old. As first-time parents, it was a bit daunting to send her to daycare at such a young age, but the warm and attentive staff have made it such a positive experience. The caregivers are nurturing and attentive, always keeping us updated on her activities and milestones. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child, and we feel confident she’s in a safe and supportive environment. Our daughter lights up when she arrives each day, and we’re so thankful to have found a place where she can grow and thrive. Highly recommend Palm Academy to any parent!

My daughter has been in the infant program for about 4 months now and loves it! She is always excited to see her teachers in the morning when I drop her off.
She started attending when she was 6 months old and, as a first time parent, I was nervous to leave her all day but really had nothing to worry about because the Brightwheel updates make it seem like I am right there with her! We get updates with photos for every diaper change, bottle/meal, and fun activities during the day. They are really good about setting up a daily routines (every morning starts with circle time followed by bottle/naps) and can easily update the routines when the baby’s needs change (for example my daughter can now eat solids so she now eats a lunch and snack that I provide in addition to her bottles).
Through the daily interactions/ photo updates it is evident that the teachers truly love the kids. Whenever I pick up my daughter she is always clean and in a great mood!
My husband and I highly recommend the infant program at Palm Academy.

We have loved our experience with Palm Academy and their infant care program. Our child loves his teachers, especially Ms. Liping. All the teachers in the infant program seem to have a true passion for taking care of children and they take great lengths to make sure a child feels comfortable and safe. We appreciate the constant updates and pictures throughout the day and the amazing care the teachers show for all the babies in their care. We are very thankful to have found this daycare.

My daughter attended Pre-K/TK class (Ms. Sasmita) for the last 1.5 years. My son attended Ms.Suzie's math and english classes for four years. We have a very positive experience over the years with Ms.Ruth and the teachers at Palm Academy.
Pre-K/TK Program: My daughter joined Ms.Sasmita's class when she turned four. Within a few weeks, we could see very good progress in my daughter's academic and social skills. The curriculum is well-rounded and my daughter is very excited to go to school every day. Ms.Sasmita is an excellent teacher and kids love her. She always provides regular feedback on how the kid is performing and that is was very helpful. My daughter seems well prepared for entering Kindergarten this fall.
Enrichment program: My son attended Ms.Suzie's class from Grade 1 to Grade 4. The enrichment program follows a personalized curriculum, so my son was able to work on higher grade topics in Math. Ms.Suzie is an excellent teacher with a strong academic background. She regularly assessed how my son is doing and tailored the resources and curriculum accordingly. After every class, she provided feedback on what he did well and told us what she will focus on in the following week. Ms.Suzie's teaching helped my son stay ahead in the school.

Palm Academy has been the best choice we’ve made as a family. From the beginning Ms. Ruth and all of the teachers made our family feel welcome, loved, and at ease to leave our first 8-month-old at daycare. Fast forward she is now in the TK class and thriving academically and socially. When I had a second baby it was such an easy decision to bring her to Palm Academy to the infant class.
We love all the staff and can see how much they all care about the children! I have to make a special shout-out to Ms. Ruth, Ms. Li-Ping, Ms. Sasmita, and Mr. Christopher who have consistently been there for years and have helped my children grow!

I would like to share my personal experience with the infant program at Palm Academy. My younger son has been attending since he was one year old, and I have been impressed with the care and dedication shown by his teachers, Ms. Liping, Ms. Q, Ms. Jayleen, and Ms. Christina. Their passion for what they do is truly evident.
Strengths:
Dedicated Teachers: The teachers at Palm Academy Infant program take good care of the children. When my little one was new, they made effort to get to know him, helping him adjust smoothly within a month.
Structured Routine: They have a well-structured routine, including circle time, tummy time before lunch, and various learning activities afterwards. The schedule is also adaptable to meet the individual needs of each child, with flexible nap times and both indoor and outdoor play.
App for Updates: The academy uses an app to post updates, allowing me to see photos of my child engaged in different activities and logs of his schedule (nap times, diaper changes, etc.).
Efficient Communication: The app also facilitates easy communication with the teachers. I can send messages and receive prompt replies, ensuring I am always informed and connected.
Thoughtful Events: They organize warm and thoughtful events, such as Mother's Day celebrations, which add a special touch to the experience.
Areas for Improvement:
Food: The only downside for me is that I need to bring food for my child. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the food care.
Overall, I am satisfied with the infant program at Palm Academy.

Infant program is great. Staff are responsible and attentive. It is also in a separate building from older kids which is important for us.

We sent our son to Palm Academy for both the infant class (when he was 10 months old) and the toddler class (until he was 2 years and 3 months old) when we decided to move out of Fremont and to a different city.
We had a great experience at Palm and all the teachers that he had were loving and took great care of our son. The toddler class has a very interactive and fun curriculum (the teacher shared with us the weekly teaching plans); the meals are diverse with different kinds of food, and the school has a nice outdoor play area. Our son made great friends and ask to go to school even during the weekend.
