The best experience at CPTC! Joe and Jaclyn are amazing instructors who made sure that we were fully prepared to take and PASS our exam, as well as preparing us for our CNA jobs. We had a tiny but mighty group! If you’re thinking about which program to take for your CNA training, I HIGHLY recommend coming to CPTC! I recently got a job as a nursing assistant in the trauma/neuro department at UCI Medical Center and I believe my training at CPTC helped me be as prepared as I could to be able to thrive at my new job. Happy To Say that this was the BEST school I have ever attended. Even when first coming in Roxy was the best at showing me around a breaking the plan down for me to be able to attend school. I absolutely LOVED my instructor Ruben, he has helped me to study and helped boost my self esteem about the testing and letting me know that I was going to be alright and passed. When every exam came about I always passed with flying colors !!! That’s because of Ruben’s amazing teaching. Thanks Ruben for giving me the best month here to become a Nurse. I had contacted a few different schools about their CNA programs but this school caught my attention the most. They were very quick to respond with details about their program and the orientation process. Roxy is the one that does the orientation and shows you around the building, she is the sweetest person ever and makes everything very easy to understand. As for the course itself, Ruben was our instructor and words could not describe how much of an amazing instructor he is. He was always willing to help each and every one of his students, he ensured that we would all pass not only exams and quizzes in the class but the state exam itself. We also at times had Melissa and Tatiana as instructors and they also ensured that we would be great in the field itself and for passing the state exam. Overall, I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to become a CNA and a big thank you to Ruben, Roxy, Melissa, and Tatiana for making this experience 1000% better!! I couldn’t have asked for a better five weeks!

I am beyond glad I found CPTC on Instagram. If you’re anything like me, anxiety is my roommate and being able to see what the class looked like helped me in knowing what to expect. Also smaller classes meant I could get the help I needed from the instructor (Jaclyn!!) and my peers. I haven’t been in school related environments in years and the past 5 weeks couldn’t have gone better. Theory class was easy to follow and clinical was very eye-opening. We’ve all bonded with our shadow CNA’s and patients. Our class has become so tight-knit, we couldn’t imagine not working together and now we’re hired at the same facility! Look no further because you’ll find the best duo—Jaclyn and Joe!! They’ll have so much done for you regarding background checks, exam scheduling, ebook purchase, and more. Other locations will have you doing these things on your own for additional cost and you’re not guaranteed professionalism and friendliness that comes naturally from CPTC. If you’re as lucky as I am, you’ll even meet some of the best people who become incredible friends and colleagues. I can’t wait to return for IV class!

My experience at CPTC was truly amazing. I took the CNA classes they offered for the weekend and I just finished my training this month.Jaclyn is there for you every step of the way she without a doubt has the best heart and is such a great supporting teacher that will guide you through the course to ensure your understanding of the material. She has creative a warm environment so that all the students have a supportive and great time! 100% would recommend to someone thinking about becoming a CNA.

If you’re looking to ACTUALLY PASS your CNA exam, Joe and Jaclyn are the instructors you must have. They are professionals in what they do, and prepare you above and beyond for what’s to come. I took my state’s exam on Monday and 2 days later I received the letter where it said I passed. Thank you Joe and thank you Jaclyn for putting the time in and helping me (and not only) succeed in my future career. A small step towards a great future!!!! We’ll definitely see each other again.
