Not only was the rep short with me, she also seemed irritated with me. I was trying to find help on an issue that is unfairly affecting substitute teachers in the district. She said I must address this with the district, yet it is the district that is being unfair. The union is supposed to protect teachers but doesnt want to help "substitute" teachers?
