Dark, feels dirty and gritty with old equipment. I was there in the afternoon and the door was open, and the sun was shining and the gym was hot because the doors were open. This gym needs a complete refresh.

Great local neighborhood fitness facility! Plenty of equipment and I’ve never seen it crowded. Great local spirit from the members and staff. Opens at 5am during the week - it’s perfection!

This gym is very dirty, they wont pay their instructors enough to stay, (youll have a new person every month or so) they will record you working out without your consent, all the equipment is very old & breaking, they don’t clean the equipment & they overpriced.

Horrible place. Rude staff. I moved out of town and tried to cancel my membership and forced me to jump thru hoops not willing to issue a refund. I would find a different gym.
