I am so thankful that we were introduced to Coach Ely with Leon Jiu Jitsu. It has been the most incredible experience for my two boys (6.5 and 9) to learn the art of Jiu Jitsu under him. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He knows how to have fun with the children while also teaching them. This space has been such a special activity to us and I am excited to watch my boys grow in their abilities. I highly recommend this Jiu Jitsu academy!!

Ely is an awesome teacher and he's great with kids. I trained with him for years and now my daughter goes to his jiu Jitsu classes. She has learned so much and he is very good at motivating her. He has been especially awesome during covid where's he's been teaching inperson as well as online. We are so glad he's opened his own place. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

If I could give Ely (the owner) 6 stars I would. My son had never done any type of martial arts, and was a little nervous to start. Ely made sure he felt welcome immediately. My son had so much fun, we ended up staying for an additional class the same day. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wants their children to enjoy learning Jiu Jitsu techniques, burning tons of energy (what a perk with a five year old) while being a part of a very welcoming community of parents.

We started this year in February, me 40, my 12 and 9 year old daughters, and my 4 year old son. We all love it, we don't have any experience in juijitsu but are happy to be doing it together! Coach Eli is very helpful and patient, my 4 year old son can be a hand full! The kids are learning, gaining confidence, practicing their listening skills, and most of all having fun! I'd definitely recommend it for your kids to try out!

This is the spot for challenging and rewarding jiu jitsu for both adults and kids! My son has trained with Coach Ely for 6+ years and remains motivated to master the art. Ely is patient, charismatic, humble, talented and passionate. He's also hilarious! We are grateful to call Leon Jiu Jitsu Training Center our home away from home!?

My son has been training under Professor Ely for a little over 2 years and has learned so much. He is encouraging and really works well with kids. He has coached my son through a couple of competitions and was very accommodating during lockdown. He cares about his students and his team of coaches is awesome as well!

Our boys started Jiu Jitsu with Coach Ely when they were 4 and 5 years old. He is not just a technically great coach, he is a great role model for our boys. Liam, Kendall and Grayson have so much energy and Ely has a good grip of the boys. He keeps them grounded and they LOVE him.

Some are trained to be good coaches, Ely is born being a great COACH. Ely keeps them motivated and continues to build their confidence. I cannot thank him more.

On the top of that, he has a wide knowledge in personal training and physical therapy. He has the whole package; skills and trustworthiness. This is why we will be staying with him for a long time. Thank you Ely.
