The team at the visitor center were extremely helpful and friendly. They clearly explained all of my questions and recommended a few hiking trails and exploration sights around lake arrowhead. I highly recommend stopping by the chamber of commerce if you’re new to the area and have any questions. Thank you for help!

I went into the visitor center at Lake Arrowhead Village and was pleasantly surprised. JT was so informative and gave me some great advice on what to do in Lake Arrowhead. He was very personable and easy to talk to. If you need information on area definitely stop by the visitor center.

Stopped by on a Saturday around 1 pm and was greeted by Dr. Whittey (sp?). He was so helpful and gave us some maps and pamphlets and recommendations on places to visit. He also showed me how to check traffic and weather conditions on my phone! Very friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Thanks Doc!

I stopped by their office during posted business hours on line, to get info on home tour for this year 2024. They were closed. No one answered the phone either. If you're not going to be there during posted hours leave a door note or change your posted hours on line, for this is a customer service business. They are not making the proper effort to deal with the public accordingly, being that's the business they're in.

We came only for one day to walk around and decided to visit this center. The lady who works there, Linda if I'm not mistaken, is actually very nice and gave us so much information that the next weekend we rented a house and came here to relax with friends. I recommend looking here!

Ken is my new best friend. He was so very helpful. I called to inquire about campsites. He listed several with amenities and proximity to the lake. Additionally he answered several question that I didn't even think of asking. Super sweet and you can tell Ken enjoys talking with people.

I want to compliment Lake Arrowhead CCoC for their responsiveness to my phone call. I inquired about the driving conditions after the snow storm on Christmas day and Ken called me back with a detailed update on the road conditions. FYI, CALTRANS did and continues to do a remarkable job in plowing the roads. Ken was very Customer Service focused and gave me several apps to follow so I could get real time info. Additionally, he invited me to stop by and pick up free maps and a calendar of the events! Great customer service.

As a 30 year Navy fighter pilot, with several major commands and a retired Federal Security Director for TSA, this feedback was impressive!

Not helpful to tourists at all. Only pushes home rental. I asked where we could rent a boat and they said you had to rent a home. Didn't offer the rental place at the lake nor did they suggest Lake Gregory. Sad that money is their only driving force.
