The round roofed building is the LRC (
Learning Resource Center) a fancy name for the library. Yes they have free internet access for the public. Check with a librarian on how to get access. It’s free but you still need to login with an account and password. My iPad didn’t have any issues but my Android tablet couldn’t get it to show me the account and password page so it couldn’t get any access. Maybe you could get access through a webpage portal that would ask you for login account and password.

Poor training and info from NOBLE AND GREENE. Everybody is just a quote to meet, forget about the person. You lie and don't teach and share. Poor excuse for those joining the military.
