We enrolled our 2 kids after having issues with our prior daycare. My son has autism/adhd, which I was informed was no problem for them. Each day, on drop off/pick up, I would inquire how he was adapting, and was informed he was doing well. He even received a prize for good behavior. After being enrolled for 3 days, I received a phone call that he was misbehaving and hitting and was informed I had 1 week to remove him and take him elsewhere. There was no warning. No parent-teacher meetings. Nada. Just straight up dismissal after 3 days. I reviewed the parent handbook which mentioned them working with “aggressive and rowdy boys” to behave, as well as “dismissal is last resort”. Apparently not. It’s their first.

If your toddler has any issues, they will dismiss them on the first instance with zero warning or empathy. Director seems very cold hearted. Wish I could give them zero stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. Apparently they don’t know how to “tolerate” toddler behavior, and immediately resorts to termination, instead of warnings and/or meetings with parents. Do not trust your kids here.

Love love love this daycare. The staff is wonderful, the owners are always present and we can tell they really care about our child. We have been with this daycare for 2 years and have had zero complaints. Thank you for always caring and loving our baby!

We love, love, love Milestone Day Care. We all four...Mother, Father, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother took a tour of their facility and fell in love with the owners and staff. Needless to say we immediately enrolled our two year old Jaxon. This was his first Day Care experience and he loves it. Thanks Milestone for taking great care of our little man.

5 STARS ALL AROUND! John, Ann, & Miss. Becca (k-4 teacher) have been so great, including all the teachers my son has had. This place is God sent, and I couldn't say better things! We love Milestones!!

My daughter has been going to Milestones going on a year and a half now. & i wouldn't trade this place for nothing. They employees are all so kind, She loves going here. I recommend them to anyone in need of child care services. Its an all around perfect place.
