Ricky is a great instructor, backed and supported by other great martial arts leaders in the organization. Classes are physically challenging but very fun. I'm a big guy, still very overweight, and if I can do it, anyone can. I lost 10 lbs in my first 2 months of training, so if its physical activity your looking for, this will give you the exercise you're looking for. If you're looking to learn self defense, self discipline, or just want a new hobby, Youn Wha Ryu is a great way to go and learning it through Youn Wha United of Southern Arizona is a great choice.
