Getting to learn from Young was truly an unforgettable experience! It opened up my eyes to easier, more innovative techniques that I never would’ve learned before. I genuinely did not know how much I was capable of until I met Young! He helped me to really dive into who I was as a student and work around certain habits and challenges that had previously hindered my growth. I saw so much improvement in my ACT scores even within the first few weeks of classes, which also helped me to gain a lot of confidence and get over my test anxiety. I would say that Young is genuinely one of the most helpful tutors during my academic course. His ACT lessons even became applicable to school, where I began to see a positive impact on my grades! He really helped me to master my studying habits and work ethic — something I will carry with me for the rest of my life! I would call him my mentor in all aspects of life, both academic and social. He is always a figure that I can look up to and depend on!!! I truly loved every step of ACT prep that I took with Young!

I can’t imagine my ACT experience anywhere other than Kairos! Young is the most incredible tutor with wisdom that reaches far beyond the subjects he teaches. He has taught me persistence and dedication to my studies through my ACT prep, and I am so thankful for his guidance, which raised my composite score to a 35! I can’t recommend working with Young enough; he is truly the best tutor out there.

When anyone asks me for tutor recommendations, my first thought is always Young and Kairos Academics- whether it be for ACT or general school studies. Young is so willing to work with you as a student and find a path that will make you the most successful. Aside from tutoring itself, he is also one of the kindest people I know and truly cares about your future. I couldn’t imagine spending my summer ACT prep sessions with anyone else 🙂

I’d highly recommend Kairos Academics to anyone who needs ACT prep. Young truly goes above and beyond when it comes to preparing his students for the ACT. Young never made me feel dumb for asking questions, and made sure I understood everything by the time class was over. He would always make accommodations in case I couldn’t make it to class in person. On top of all that, Young has some pretty funny dad jokes and a super cool Captain America shield in his office.

Young is an amazing tutor who really understands his students' needs and is able to cater to each one of them. He helped me boost my ACT score from a 28 to a 32! Kairos Academics is by far the best test prep in the Irvine area. After only a month of preparation, I was able to boost my SAT score from a 1470 to a 1540, a score I never could have imagined prior to test prep. Thanks to Young's no-nonsense, attentive approach to teaching, I looked forward to attending each lesson and improving my score. I could not have imagined a better tutoring experience.

Young is hands-down the best ACT tutor! He deeply cares about each of his students and is determined on teaching them how to solve problems confidently. Before I met Young, I had gone to two well-known ACT tutoring organizations for months and my score had barely increased. Feeling discouraged, I never thought that my score would improve. However, I was proved wrong after working with Young! He helped me to significantly raise my score in a shorter amount of time compared to the other tutors I had gone to. I greatly appreciate all of Young's efforts in helping me to achieve my goals!

After being tutored by Young Park and Kairos Academics, my math skills improved tremendously and so did my math grade. I was also tutored for the ACT, from beginning to end, my experience was stress-free and very organized. Young is a stand up guy and I wouldn't have had the success I did in high school without him. Many of the concepts and practices I was taught through Kairos, I still use today in college.
