The Learning Tree has the worst communication I have ever seen in a workplace. If I could I would give them no stars. There is a whole lot that gets ignored and swept under the rug. Most of the kids are great. You have to look out for the high ups and supervisors. They'll put all their work on you so that if it is incorrect you'll be the one in trouble and not them. They are very understaffed and sometimes you're put into unsafe situations.

I highly don’t recommend first shift is very unprofessional!! I got fired for being sick as a dog they don’t give you no time off get wrote up for excuses they don’t care about they staff they have they picks and choose who they want to fire and who they want some people get fired for talking durning pcm some people don’t some people get fired for head on table the ones that been there long don’t it’s very unprofessional and I highly don’t recommend

I've never worked at a more unprofessional place in my life. I stuck with it as long as I did because the kids are amazing but the administration need to take classes on how to treat people & Lord forbid you get hurt there because they will do whatever it takes to get you out the door. They don't care for the staff or the kids & believe some of the administration lines their pockets with the kids money & own some of the homes the kids rent. I'm surprised on so many levels that they haven't been shut down yet because they hardly ever have enough staff to cover the homes & I believe it's because they don't know how to treat people & don't pay well for all you have to do. The turn over rate is the highest I've ever seen.
