My son has been attending Primrose for over a year now. The teachers are wonderful, caring, informative, and loving. Their curriculum is also astounding. Being able to see videos and pictures of his day melts my heart knowing my 16 month old is also being educated throughout the day. The staff is always creating memorable learning and made us feel like family. We cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care that they provide our son. We highly recommend Primrose School of Madison as a great place for your child.

My daughter attended Primrose from the time she was 4 months old through PreK (5yrs), and we were consistently impressed by the school.
The staff at Primrose truly care about the kids and work to make sure students are safe, healthy, and happy as well as thriving academically, emotionally, and socially. Even starting in the infant classroom, the kids have activities tailored to developing skills that are perfectly matched to their age and abilities. There is an emphasis on giving back, caring, and being a kind human being that we loved. The Rules of the Roost were something we mimicked at home as well.
Naturally, after so many years, there were small issues that came up. My daughter had some trouble with other kids biting or hitting. The teachers listened and addressed the situation seriously. They were able to resolve the conflict effectively.
The directors and leadership team consider what is best for the the kids when developing policies and hiring staff. They are motivated to do what is right and have decades of experience in childcare. The teachers work hard and are patient and positive. They are always willing to have a chat during drop off or pick up if there are any concerns.
My daughter also loved the provided meals and snacks, and I appreciated they were both kid friendly and healthy.
My daughter is now in Kindergarten, and misses Primrose and her old teachers! While we wish Primrose had after school care for older kids, we are so grateful for her time at the school. She was very well prepared academically and socially for Kindergarten, and we had peace of mind at work while she was in Primrose, knowing she was in good hands. Most of the time she loved going to school at Primrose and that made the experience so much easier for the whole family!

Here is the best for sure in the world.
We are from Japan and we could get awesome experience. First week for our son was very hard for him. (I'm sure for everyone) but Primrose supported a lot and our son enjoyed a lot. Now we are big fan of Primrose and we are sure the best decision we made in US is choosing Primrose. Thank you!

Primrose is a fantastic child care facility. They pay attention to detail and the staff is OUTSTANDING. My daughter has been there for 3 years and we have had wonderful instructors each year. Their curriculum is very robust and they really focus on learning development. They care about the kids first and foremost, and its obvious. I 100% recommend this facility if you're in Huntsville, Madison, or Athens. Worth the money!

We have been at Primrose since fall of 2021 and have absolutely loved our time there. The teachers and staff are great with early and frequent communication. The facilities are top notch and my daughter has learned SO much its hard to believe how old she is with the knowledge and language skills that she has. We are so thankful for everything they have done for our family and our baby girl. Would recommend to absolutely any and everyone!

I know that it may seem pricey compared to other daycares but it is worth looking at the quality of care the cost gets you. You absolutely get your money worth in care, childhood development, food, diapers, fun, and peace of mind that Primrose offers.

This daycare is amazing. They teach your children so much and have nothing but patience and positivity. My daughter has been going her for over a month now and she loves it!! She says “mama I don’t want to go to old daycare I want to go to new daycare” The management all come together as well and help out the teachers when needed and they are very kind to the family’s and kids as well. Everyone greets you and your children when you come in and when you leave. So much love from my family and me.

My daughter absolutely loves this school, and we do too! Primrose made the transition to a new school (and a new state) as easy as it could be for us. We love the staff and it's clear that they love working at the school. Lots of fun events and activities keep things interesting for the kids and I love that they include the parents in things as well.
