My daughter has been going here since she was 8 weeks old. I would recommend this day care to anyone with kids. So flexible and dependable I had to make last minute changes and they always had an opening for my child the entire staff is great.

I used to go here when I was 5-9 years old. I'm about to be 16 now. I'm sure this place might have changed since I've been there but I doubt it. I made a lot of good memories there and remember a lot of good people there like April, britanny, and this lady with a minivan that would give us smarties. And that one time one of the children pooped on the fake grass in the playground and we had to stay in was pretty funny. But I was known as the trouble child because I liked to bring my own plushies and toys to play with and comfort myself. I had to sneak or play dumb when there was substitute teachers just so I could play with my own toys. And they knew I snuck so they even told the substitutes so I wouldn't be allowed to play with my own things. But I've gotten so sick so badly from that daycare because the toys were chewed up from the children and were never cleaned. I was also put in time out a lot when I would defend myself. If I defended myself, the kid always went to the teachers first and told on me and the teachers never believed me. I got called stupid, I got punched in the stomach. But I was the one that got put in time out for defending myself. My mother at the time when I was 6 had made me a vegetarian and everyone specifically knew that. One dinner, we had chicken nuggets on our plate and also a brownie. I wasn't allowed to eat the brownie because I had to eat my nuggets first. I tried telling her that i was vegetarian but she wouldn't listen. So she took my plate away and I ended up with no brownie. AND THEN. They would also take a lot of my stuff away as punishment and put it in the drawer at the front and NEVER GIVE IT BACK TO ME. They took my dice, my pens, my hello kitty Keychain, etc etc. I miss my keychain man I got it for Christmas from my grandfather. ANYWAYS, if anyone has had at all the same experiences in 2023/2024 then the place is still the same so I would recommend not bringing your child here

I’m A Father of a soon to be 4yr old, and my son has been cared for, protected, loved on and so well educated since before he was 1 yrs old. Ms. Erica Sharp and the teaching staff have earned my appreciation over and over again. I go about my day without worry knowing my child is safe at Kidtowne. The Procare app is also a great resource, they update me and his mom whenever needed.
I just want to say thank you and we love you guys.

I am pleased with KidTowne. I was concerned about my son getting acclimated to other children his age, because he has been at home, for two years. His teachers were patient and supportive and moved at his pace. It took a few weeks and a lot of one on one, but he overcame the unfamiliarity and blossomed in his new environment. Also, the staff kept me informed an kept my nerves at bay. Not only does my son attend the toddler class, but my niece and nephew attend the infant class. The teachers are attentive to each child and the kids are happy when we pick them up. Also the hours are very convenient, for our schedules.

The staff at Kidtowne are so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this daycare, especially to those looking for more flexible hours. They worked with us on getting our little one acclimated to her very first daycare. They took their time finding a class that she would open up in and be able to shine like we see her do at home. While she did take some time to warm up, our baby now lights up when we ask her if she is ready to go to daycare. Each and every one of the teachers greets me and speaks to me about my child, whether they are her direct teacher or not. They all have something wonderful to say about my child, as if the staff really takes the time to get to know each and every child. She has grown leaps and bounds since we first started her, and when we pick her up she just goes on and on about what fun she had at school with her friends. Up until starting at Kidtowne, my child stayed at home with me, and she can be very shy with other adults, so I would not consider her to be easily won over. I will absolutely be keeping my child in this daycare until the time comes for preschool, and my next child will be joining her as well, probably sooner than we started our first, seeing all the benefits of having her socializing, and us parents being able to breathe a little easier with a bit more flexibility and free time. They work with any schedule and I have been able to, on multiple occasions, swap up my child’s days to fit when my work schedule changes.

They discriminate on disabled children. My son has non verbal autism and the lady I talked to said they wouldn't take him cus he can't communicate.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since January 2020. She was two when we first enrolled her. You, as a parent always wonder if you made a good choice when choosing daycare. I believe we did, her social and speech skills have improved drastically. And just last week she told me on our way to daycare that she loved KidTowne.

I have two children that attend this daycare both whom are under 3 years of age. I work in the healthcare field so my working hours can be longer than 10 hours. It makes me feel beyond comfortable leaving them and knowing that they are fine at this daycare. The teachers are very friendly and thorough! I get “motherly vibes” from ALL OF THEM. My children absolutely adore the teachers and vice versa! I will and have recommended this daycare to my friends, family and coworkers. Especially seeing that they have night hours which are very flexible when you’re a single parent and working full time hours. I’m beyond pleased and satisfied with the care my children receive here!
