Tim runs a welcoming, approachable, and top notch facility that is community focused. I've been to many gyms, and very few have the cleanliness and quality of equipment that Murphy's Athletics have. I couldn't recommend this place enough for locals or anyone dropping in!

Really fun group with excellent coaching. Tim is great at scaling to any skill level while keeping the intensity high with encouragement and motivation. I appreciated the special attention to warm ups in order to avoid injury and perform at my best. I highly recommend this gym!

This place is awesome. I've been doing crossfit for over a year and have really enjoyed my workouts here. The owner, Tim, is great at making everyone feel welcome and making sure people in class get to know each other

This gym is also sparkling clean. All the equipment is brand new and Tim makes sure that everything gets cleaned after each use. Huge plus.

Tim and his gym are great! He always has different and fun workouts and provides modifications and alternatives as needed. Everyone is so friendly and the lack of competition (like some other crossfit gyms) makes it a really fun and comfortable place to be. Would highly recommend no matter what prior experience or skill level you have. All are welcome at MCF.

MCF offers an amazing atmosphere to go workout. The other members are great. Coach Tim is awesome. He's very knowledgeable and enjoys coaching. I was very impressed at how much time he spends working with individuals to get better. Such a great gym!

Had a great time dropping in this week while visiting family in the area. Tim & the members are all very kind and friendly; this may have been the first drop in I've done that every member came up and personally introduced themselves to me. The workouts were also very doable for a variety of skill levels. If you're looking to get in a little exercise before your wine tasting, I'd recommend stopping in!

The experienced, knowledgeable coaching staff help to make MCF an ideal place to exercise at a pace that works for me. All equipment is clean and well cared for by staff and members. The workout environment is supportive, positive and encouraging to all skill levels. With it's humble CrossFit roots and efforts to be community driven, this gym is the perfect mix of grit and camaraderie.
