I have to say the staff at surge has been more than just an Employment agency to me they have become a part of my life. We went here on 5/10/2024 at 2:25 and they had 3 people in there working however only one gentleman greeted us as we walked into the door. Jermaine was his name he was also the best, the only one that was assisting everyone that walked through the doors while the other two females sat behind their desks and didn't help him at all. He needs a raise because he absolutely runs that office all by himself even when he is not the only one working. They are okay with him being overwhelmed and doing it alone but he handled it like a BOSS as well as he was very professional doing so. He took care of my significant other and got him started to go to work on Monday. We were blessed that he was able to handle his job the way he did because at times there were 4-5 people waiting for someone to help them and those other people could have got up and done something to help him out but instead they didn't and chose to do nothing. Kudos to Jermaine for going above and beyond you are a ROCKSTAR.
