Why can your case workers not answer or return calls? When a child is involved in a report, a status of that report should be provided. It is a parent's legal right to know the status of a report, regardless of it is closed, unfounded, whatever. This facility is such a disappointment and disgrace to the state. As so-called representatives of the state, you should be accountable for providing information up to the closing of a case to parents.

I paid off my child support arrears LAST July (2022) in Washington state, , my children are now 22 and 28 years old and DHR of Madison county is suddenly garnishing my wages for child support that Yule I DO NOT OWE. No matter what time I call or which number I call from the 4 different ones, NO ONE answers the phone!
This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I don’t even have a name for a “case worker” because I don’t have a case!!!

I currently am owed over $330 from wages garnished yet I can’t talk to a single human?!
I’m about to contact the local news stations and share my story to see if THEY can get a correct phone number and talk to an actual human.

I hate this place. But the guards are amazing and helpful. The workers, mostly, are ok. Helpful. The Social Workers are pains in the butt but the one I have seems to care and want to help me as well as her supervisor. Facility is clean. Playground is small but efficient for small family visits.
