We have been going to the Studio City We Rock the Spectrum for over 6 years. I don’t have any children on the spectrum, but love for my kids to be in an environment where all kids can play. We have loved this space for many years.
Yesterday, we visited for the first time since the new owners have moved into the space. We were very impressed! There are new, very fun apparatuses, a fresh and updated dramatic play (now toddler) area, fun squishmallows for sale, and just an overall joyous atmosphere. The place was quite busy, but children were navigating the space and social relationships so beautifully and with very little need for scaffolding. Everyone was having a good time. They had to kindly ask us to leave when they closed, or we would have stayed all night!

Update: We continue to love coming to We Rock the Spectrum in Studio City. Katie and Will have really brought some fresh ideas into the space, including in-and-out privileges so that you don’t have to time visits perfectly between meals and naps and such. They have added many sensory toys to their sale inventory and the space continues to look clean and well maintained time after time. We have a blast every time we come.

Love this place! My son has a strong sensory need for climbing, and this hit the mark! A rock wall, a jungle gym, zip line, trampoline, 8 different sensory swings and more! The couple that owns the place is so sweet and kind, and I can’t wait to come back. I watched how the worked with the drop off kids as well, and was so impressed by their patience! Would definitely do one of their drop off programs.

We have been visiting this place for a month and I thought it was great, a space where children can play, and where they are understood, because my children have autism, but it was really sad and annoying that one of the mothers who was there did not let my son go on the trampoline, and practically pushed him so he could not enter because her daughters were inside. If you are delicate, do not go to a place open to the public, and don’t dare to touch a 6-year-old child.

We absolutely love this place. I got the monthly membership and it is soo worth it! Everything is so clean and organized. I also like that they have no choking hazard toys and the workers there are always so friendly. The drop off system is really nice because you see the workers actually watching the kids that are dropped off. 10/10 recommend this place!

It is under new management and the owners are so fun and friendly. I highly recommend coming to check it out for yourself. Young and older kids love it! My 7 and 9 year old love playing here. They love the trampoline, zip line and swings. I’m so happy to find a place that my kids can be kids and run around having a great time.

My wife literally threw up an hour after being there with our daughter. The place is nice, but you can taste the Lysol overload. It’s completely overwhelming, and way beyond what’s acceptable .
My wife’s friend and another lady there, that we spoke with, agreed that it’s just way too much. Staff is not allowed to open the door to air the place out, per owner (we asked), as kids may run out. Despite the fact that there’s a safety gate and adults around.
