I can only share my experience with the infant program. I am very happy with the care my baby has been getting at Kindercare Vacaville. He started going to daycare there at 2 months old when I had to go back to work after my maternity leave. I was lucky to get a short notice offer for care after my previous care plan suddenly fell through. Like most moms, I wasn't totally happy about having to put my baby in daycare when I went back to work, but so far Kindercare has been really great for us. My baby is now almost 5 months old and I've had really positive experiences with his daycare. Ms. Brenda, the daycare director, is very friendly and welcoming and she knows each and every child at the center as well as their parents. The center has activities and holiday events for the kids, even the infants and toddlers. I feel reassured that my baby is getting some enrichment while he's at daycare. My baby's teacher in his classroom is also very nice and friendly. The other babies in the program look clean and content every time I've been in the center, except for the normal crying baby/toddler that happens from time to time and is getting comfort and attention. My baby always looks clean when I pick him up at the end of the day too. I love that I get constant updates all day when he gets fed, changed, and takes naps. I also love that they send me pictures of what he's up to while he's there. So far I am very happy with Kindercare Vacaville and I'd recommend it to other parents looking for childcare in the area.

Vacaville KinderCare is a great facility. As a first-time mom, I was very hesitant in sending my child to a daycare center. I've been taking my son since October 2022 and I've had no complaints. The teachers are personable and trustworthy - they care for my son as if he were their own! While I can only speak to the infants class, I can say my son and his classmates have a fun time. The center Directors are very communicative with updates about the center and are transparent with any information that parents need to know. Highly recommend Vacaville KinderCare!

My daughter enjoyed her time at Vacaville KinderCare. They have some great teachers and the Director, Ms. Brenda is truly amazing! My daughter didn't want to leave her school, but she is starting Kindergarten. We'll miss them but she will be able to attend in the summer.

My daughter started attending Kindercare at 8 weeks old. I wanted her to attend a facility where the teachers cared and loved her unconditionally but also where she could learn. Kindercare gave me all my wants and needs!

Now, at 4 years old, she certainly knows more than I ever knew at her age and I thank Kindercare for that.

We appreciate the teachers’ patience and enthusiasm. Also, the site director, Ms. Traci, takes the time to answer all our questions and concerns.

We toured the facility and did really like it. However, we paid $$$ to be next for 2 infant spots. We were told September they would have room. We called several times to check in and we’re told no. October still told they would have room any day. After MANY attempt we quit calling thinking they will let us know. We NEVER received any form of communication.

I saw one of the teachers rolling a joint in the class, not happy at all... licensing came and did nothing. The director has no experience with children and should forever be forbidden from working with them again. Also one of the 5 star reviews is the director herself.

Great facility. My son just started, and I can already see a huge jump in my son’s learning. The teachers are amazing and truly care about the students.
