We went on a Friday around noon and we could see lots of children from the drive up. My son 4 at the time got very excited. We parked and started walking in and by the time we passed the first barn a lady said the public wasn’t welcomed during weekdays, only weekends and the kids there were on a field trip. Sadly we had to leave. My son was very disappointed.

Super fun place for kids to explore and play in nature. We went during the weekend on the self tour and we were able to pick veggies from the garden. My son was able to feed the animals and had so much fun he didn't want to leave.

First time here with my 1.5 year old. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was helpful and nice and patient. We are now signed up for their summer program. Looking forward to returning

What an amazing place! We were visiting family in Napa with out 22 month-old son, and his auntie decided to book us a Farmhouse Friday tour. It was fantastic! The animals are VERY friendly and not intimidating at all. Our son was amazed being able be so close to l animals he had only seen from a distance before. The grounds are easy enough to navigate, and the wide array of plant life beautiful and very educational. We will absolutely be back, and were delighted to find they host week long summer camps!

The first Wednesday of the month is open day so I took my almost 2 year old daughter. It was great she loved looking at all the animals. They have a craft area, a garden and a open area with a sandbox and tire swings also. We will be going back.

This place needs to update their operating hours. They are NOT open to the public except for a few short hours on Saturday. So if you are visiting Napa and are looking for something fun and affordable for the family, this place is probably not going to be available to you. They are really missing out on a good source of revenue with so little visiting hours.

Our daughter, 3 years old, has been attending the Earthling's classes and camps this year and I am beyond grateful for the teachers and learning environment at Connolly Ranch. Our daughter can be shy and fearful, and the leaders looking over her have the most gracious patience and care for her. Teacher Natalie and Teacher Charlie, as well as the other leaders are very special people who take the time to create a fun and safe learning environment- like animal care, bugs, arts and crafts with nature, and gardening, the list goes on. We have truly fallen in love with this experience. It has been a wonderful journey of her learning to get dirty, make new friends, care for our earth and others, as well as conquer her fears. I would highly recommend to any parent even if you are worried how your child will do. They are in excellent hands!
