I an currently an 8th grader at this school , and I am currently satisfied with my classes , this school has a tremendous curriculum and high standards for its students . Also , there is an 8th grade math teacher who goes by the name of Ms.Altounian , out of all my math teachers from 6-8th grade , Ms.Altounian has to be my favorite . Her classroom is so organized , everything is where it's easily accessible , she has a perfect teaching method , she actually walks the students through the lesson instead of giving us bookwork , she carefully describes the lesson , gives us notes for review , and makes sure every young scholar (as she calls us) understands the lesson , she gives us practice test to show us what we understand in the unit we just learned and what we may need help on . She is an exceptional teacher with exceptional standards ! Her grading system is so flexible as well ! As long as you do what's expected of you and don't throw away easy points ! Also , I love how she connects to students on a real life basis too , she is an amazing teacher and has amazing goals for her students ! I'm am going to miss her in high school but I don't know if I'll have any teacher as exceptional and outrageous as she is ): I'll miss her a lot ):

I used to go to Byrd when it was a year round school I Hated it I Had a teacher aid who as mean and tough name Miss Wednesday I hated her also I wonder what happen to my friends from Byrd I Hope they are well I used to graduate there and have mix feelings about seeing my old teachers I bet they are well hope so I hope to visit it someday
