Creative and thorough instruction, good crew to train with, and a clean and well outfitted facility. Been training BJJ off and on for almost ten years, and have been to over a dozen different gyms in that time. This is definitely among the top academies I've trained at. Will be back for sure.

Great place for the entire family to work out. I love that they make you feel welcome and offer a variety of classes. I wasn't sure my kids were going to like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or striking, but they got hooked after only 1 class.
