My elder daughter attended this daycare from 9 months to 4 and 1/2 when she was accepted to Challenger School in Sunnyvale without any issues and my younger daughter attended it since she was 9 months, too.
I was always really happy with the education and care my daughters received here. To me, the staff was always responsive and helpful and the teachers were great.
The school has an app in which you get daily updates, including pictures, and you can communicate with the teachers. You can also talk with the teachers directly at drop-off/pick-up sometimes, depending on their schedule.
The school has extra personnel to cover for teacher's breaks or absences.
You can purchase lunch from a third-party lunch service and snacks are provided by the school.
Transitions to the next class happen around your child's birthday and, because this center is pretty big, there was always a place so that my daughter could transition on time.
I definitely recommend this place.

Our daughter spent almost three years here; it’s literally her second home. Throughout the years all of her teachers were simply wonderful. Not only were they kind and caring, but they were also passionate and energetic always, which spoke much about the overall ambience at the center. Also, almost all of the teachers at the center knew our child’s name, no matter they taught her or not, and they always said hi with a warm smile that truly made the place felt like home. Our daughter loved the center and her teachers. It was truly sentimental for all of us when it was time to graduate.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Sunnyvale location since 8 months old and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. As with any parents, we were very cautious and apprehensive of finding a top quality daycare for our baby. Our tour with BH completely sold us and we're so happy we made the right decision.

First, the teachers are absolutely fanstastic. As for infant classroom, son had Ms. Deepti and Ms. Sheri and they were so welcoming and accommodating especially since my son has minor troubles with naps in a new environment. When he moved to the Toddler classroom with Ms. Yan and Mr. Ethan, we (again) couldn't be more happier with the classroom and his teachers. They are simply wonderful and so caring and many times have gone above and beyond for him.

There are scheduled activities every week and my son is learning so much from the school! They also provide a healthy selection of breakfast and snacks for them. The outdoor playground has a great selection of toys and the sandpit is always a hit with my son.

Second, a big shout out to Ms. Geeta and her entire staff! They run the daycare so smoothly and I love how Ms. Geeta is always at the door during pickup and dropoff to greet kids and parents. It's such a lovely touch. The entire daycare is super-clean and tidy and they host a bunch of fun events for both kids and parents.

If you are on the fence for this, please please tour the place and speak to fellow parents before making any decision. We've been so happy with this place and can highly recommend it to others.

Our child attended Bright Horizons Sunnyvale from 3 months through 3 years of age. As first time parents, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a more safe, supportive and loving environment. The center director Gita, and assistant director Stephanie have been absolutely amazing: they seem to remember everybody's name, history, and you can tell that they can step in to teach and watch any of the children at the drop of a hat. Our child went through 3 full classes and a partial year's class, and each set of teachers was great: Lisa R and Sheri H for infant class, Ethan C and Yan for twos class, Charlene A and Monique P for early preschool, and Valli and Iliana for preschool. Each of these teachers was so vital in supporting us through many milestones, such as walking, talking, potty training, recognizing emotions. Moreover, we noticed that even the staff and teachers not specifically assigned to our child's classroom interacted warmly with our child (with our child reciprocating, obviously feeling very comfortable with them), making the center seem like a village. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons Sunnyvale to anyone.

Our daughter joined Bright Horizons about a year ago. It has been a great experience with the school. We relocated to the US from overseas and was a big change for our daughter. Her teachers, Ms. Shilpa and Ms. Lida took good care of our daughter. They helped a lot in her transition and getting her into a great rhythm in a new place. They would personally get involved with her and take care of her development.
I would also like to thank Ms. Danielle, who was our daughter’s class teacher for the initial months and helped settle our daughter in.
The school facilities are good and the school is very beat and clean.
I would highly recommend the school to others.

I regret sending my daughter to this center so much. The center director is extremely condescending and lacks sympathy for babies. There's one teacher (of Indian descent) who treats babies very poorly. I have noticed many times that when babies cry in front of her, she doesn't do anything. After this teacher took care of my daughter, I noticed many small openings in her bottom area, and the center director was involved in this conversation. After that day, my baby was so scared when she was put on the changing table and when we changed her diaper. She cried for 1 to 2 hours that night, and the following night she seemed to be in real pain. I have no idea how rudely the teacher was treating her and changing her. I was heartbroken. The answer I got from Gina (the director) was that because my baby pooped more often that day than usual, the teacher had to wipe harder. That's absurd; I don't think pooping 3 or 4 or 5 times is a good reason for my daughter to be treated that way. There wasn't an apology from either the center or the teacher. Gina speaks very rudely and condescendingly. There were also a few other accidents that happened only within the 2 weeks my daughter was there. I regret so much for sending my baby to this center.

My child has been in BH Sunnyvale almost one year and I am very satisfied.
- Friendly staff and teachers: it seems all the teachers know every kid’s name. They greet my kid with name even when they are not in his class. Very welcoming.
- Easy communication: I can easily talk about my kid’s needs, concerns and progresses to the classroom teachers during pick up and drop off. They have an app to view daily progress with pictures (recently updated and much better!)
- Safety first: my child has food allergies and BH has a strict policy and system that has assured us no incident. Mask policy during covid was well adopted.
- Embracing diversity: their curriculum is carefully designed to be inclusive to all races, religions and cultures. Teachers understand child’s bilingual environment and fully support the language development.
- Learning through various play activities: music, dance, alphabets, phonics, numbers, arts - all are covered in a fun way.
- Clean facilities and large, age-appropriate playgrounds

Daycare with Overly priced and zero educational progress for kids.
Edit: i wish I could give you more details but I feel unsafe and violated to share my details.
Ms Geeta definitely needs to be a little polite and humble. We had a bad experience once with her, She talked very rudely and gave ultimatum that if we repeat (it happened just once, kid was not picked for just 15 minutes due to car breakdown) this, they will charge extra money.
She didn’t listen but definitely showed her power that she will charge extra from next time.
All they care about is the money.

Most of the time their app doesn’t work.
It doesn’t refresh or reload.
Very very expensive daycare and zero learning, my kid knew a lot of stuff, more than his age but they always underestimated the kid because they are talkative.
Definitely doesn’t recommend this center because of ms Geeta.
If you want your kid to learn as well as grow? Don’t join this center. They take you for granted.
Few teachers are really good in terms of overall experience but few of them left.
Not all classrooms have good teachers.

Edit: their reply is funny, I didn’t mention anything for privacy reasons. I don’t wish to go back to this center. It’s funny that you think you have no records, you should ask Ms Geeta about this and parents who are trapped in your overly priced daycare with zero value.
