Uber eats charged me the whole amount after I cancel my order. There are two issues with this: 1) Uber eats should have warned a user about being charged before cancellation. 2) if a user would get charged anyway, don’t allow cancellation.

What is the point on scheduleing a ride, only to have the driver cancel the pick up 3 minutes before the scheduled pick up time? Easy answer and lesson learned DON'T USE uber. Thankfully my husband made it to the airport on time, but no thanks to uber.

The worst company in the world. Don't trust any service they provide. Make sure take screenshot for any ride/food delivery/service. They will deny any promotion when you make an order!

By using this application, you will drive for little money that will not be able to cover the cost of fuel and vehicle operation. The group of customers is often social lowlands and pathology because Uber advertises in these circles. The application has a lot of errors for which, after repeated contact with the support, they never take responsibility, always shifting it to the user who has no influence on it. Contact with them is especially difficult, even impossible.

Uber/Uber Eats condones theft and credit card fraud.

After having a delivery canceled by their driver I was still charged a tip on my card. Even after being instructed by Uber support to change the tip to $0.00 they allowed the original tip to be charged and refuse to refund my money to my card.
