Guy was friendly enough but the experience was unprofessional. He never answers the phone with the name of the company, which is always weird to me. He doesn't give up front pricing....cost me about $30 more than he quoted...and he has no signage in front of his business, which looks more like residential property. There is a gate and I had to call him to be let in and I had to even call him twice to be let out. It made me feel trapped and like a nuisance just to get out. They need to remove the gate or make it motion sensitive and have a sign that says the business. I even had to ask a neighbor if he knew where the place was. He was standing outside talking to a neighbor. Was super friendly but clearly annoyed that they don't have a sign up. You're friendly, but your lack of professionalism ruined the experience. I won't be coming back.

This is probably the second review I’ve ever taken the time to write in my life. NorCal Tactical is definitely the place to go for all of your guns, ammo, accessories and to do your CCW course. They’re incredible to deal with, unlike most gun shops I’ve been to. The staff at NorCal are friendly, patient and always willing to talk, train and answer your questions without making you feel rushed or stupid. They’re extremely knowledgeable, have a lot of nice guns, a ton of ammo and accessories in stock for great prices. If they don’t have something you want, they’ll order it for you on the spot. It’s truly been a blessing running across this shop and meeting Jose and his family! I’ll be a customer for life!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Super easy process. Also, if you choose to, Jose has no problem answering questions down the road if you're unsure of something. Jose is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve called a few other places just to ask a simple question and have gotten very short and rude responses, Jose is NOT like that at all he makes the customer feel welcomed and doesn’t belittle you on not knowing everything about the gun world. NorCal Tactical is the place and store to go. I’ve always recommended and recommend to buy your fire arms and your ammunition. If it’s not available Jose can order it. Same option with firearms. Overall would recommend you come and browse. You want it they most likely have it. Handguns compact, mid, and full size. Competition rifles, hunting rifles, practice fire rifles, shotguns for hunting and home defense. Revolvers big and small. Accessories for for all, and cleaning kits…why look else where when they might have it and I cannot stress it enough if they don’t have it Jose can order it if available.
