The young lady at the front desk on Friday October 25 at 7 PM is extremely lazy and unprofessional. Do you guys typically have random people drop off food to your senior citizens that can’t take care of themselves? I would assume that staff would normally deliver food to your patients. Not to mention, they are extremely unhelpful Don’t seem like they enjoy their job nor want to be there. So why do they work there then? I would be terrified if I found out this is where my grandparents were living.

It is not professional at all to have some random food delivery driver deliver to an 80-year-old woman who is in a hospital bed in a hospital gown. I mean, like seriously there’s no dignity at this place whatsoever. I can’t believe that.

My dad has been there almost a year now. He is 91 years old and his health is declining do to age. The staff is amazing there. My dad is in nurse station 1. They call almost daily with updated if my dad is not doing well. I'm very great full for their staff. And the level of care my dad gets.

If I could put No Stars I would. Terrible facility for your loved ones. Smells terrible throughout the facility. Long wait times for loved ones to get care when they press their buttons. CNA’s yell at patients. Dirty rooms! TVs that do not work. Clients left to just hang out on hallways in wheel chairs. Poor Atmosphere for elderly to be cared for!

I stayed here for 2 weeks. After hip surgery. The staff was excellent very caring and very attentive. These people really care about you and getting you back on your feet. I loved the food too. They fed me well which is not easy as i am on a gluten free diet. And brought snacks between meals. Shout out to all working at the fountains You Are Fantastic and i appreciate all youve done for me thank you

My grandma is currently residing here. And so far every one seems very nice here. From the residents to the nurses, and receptionist as well. I feel very comfy when I'm here. Food is great. They even allow me to bring my fur baby Betty! Which is a BIG ➕

This placed treated my grandfather great during a difficult time for my family. They took care of him and listened to the wishes of his family. They helped with so much and we all are very thankful of this. But the only complaint I have is cleaning was not done correctly and at times it looks like the staff let things get out of control with all the patients crowding the halls. Overall it's a good place and with good medical care.

My husband has been here with dementia for over a year and a half needing 24hr care and he is doing well physically. He is as well as l could expect. The whole staff here is very kind, friendly, caring and professional! The facility is also beautiful, surrounded by gardens outside and clean and nicely designed inside.

The experience my mother had for a week trying to get a hold of someone in admitting. Apparently Dawn (the admitting person)was on vacation. She said she had someone in her place while she was gone. That person never responded to either my mother or the case worker at the hospital. Someone told my mom earlier that since my aunt was in Roseville she needed to go a place around there since her doctors were there. That is totally wrong. She actually lied because doctors communicate with other doctors online. After we found out that wasn't true they would not return the call. I went in today and was told they all of a sudden didn't have a bed for her. They could have said that a week ago. THIS IS A VERY POOR REFLECTION ON ADVENTIST HEALTH!
