Lynn the owner is amazing!! She replies fast and she was very patient answering our questions. We asked for requests and she granted our requests. She was very attentive. She is very honest and very professional. She was at our wedding from start to end. Also, she’s beautiful inside out! We did not look for other venues we only fell in love with this beautiful venue.. Every corners was gorgeous. We also chose this venue because my husband and his family live in Sacramento. I am from Los Angeles and my immediate family is from Reno Nevada. I highly recommend this venue.

One of our favorite venues! Lynn does such a good job maintaining these beautiful grounds and is always willing to help. I love the levels of the gardens here the space is so beautiful. We are always so grateful when we get to work weddings here at the gardens 💕

Wow, where to start with this amazing venue and owner. First of all, Lynn is one of the best humans we’ve worked with and we’re so lucky that she took over this venue. She was flexible and accommodated our many date changes from 2020 to 2022 due to the pandemic. Her work to update and remodel the venue has made it into one of the best venues our guests and we had seen. The greenery made the venue stay cool, the fairy lights made it feel magical at night, and the grand entrance has a beautiful rustic wood garden feel which makes the best background for photos. The venue has multiple levels and it makes the transition from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, and then to dinner seamless. The changing room/bride and groom room gave us a nice private area where we can stay cool, hydrated, and prepare for any transition throughout the day. Lynn was there the day-of and supplemented the day of coordination we had with our wedding coordinator. Finally the communication with Lynn was so easy and and quick to ensure that all our questions or concerns are addressed. If you’re looking for a magical venue, THIS IS A DIAMOND!

The Gardens was a stunning venue. When we toured it two years ago, we knew that we wanted to get married under the large trees and surrounded by the lush nature! Lynn was helpful to work with and we loved that she allowed us to bring any vendors we wanted (as long as they were insured!). The entire grounds were beautiful on our wedding day! The grass at the ceremony was thick, the flowers blooming, and all of our guests complimented how gorgeous the venue was. We love the green tunnel near the ceremony spot, the Edison bulb walkway, and every single one of the plants! The bridal suite was perfect, with a kitchen, bathroom, multiple rooms, and lots of natural light! The only thing that I noticed didn’t go perfectly was a tree that kept dropping berries - one hit a groomsman (LOL) and left a purple mark on his arm, and my wedding dress got some stains on the train from the berries on the floor, which happened before our ceremony. Not hugely noticeable but I was a little bummed that my dress got stains before my guests arrived, but the wedding was just so perfect I tried not to mind! Thank you so much for everything, Lynn! This is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen and feel so lucky that we found it for our wedding!

I cannot describe in words how beautiful this venue is, and how perfect it was for my fall wedding! It lives up to its name “The Gardens” and it made me feel so zen on a day that can be so busy. Lynn is not only a pleasure to work with, but offers so much for a reasonable price, and did I mention it was a beautiful venue?! It’s literally a dream place to get married. Highly recommend for a couple’s special day!

I can't say enough about this venue and the owner Lynn. It's absolutely a stunning location and Lynn made the whole process go so smoothly. Really appreciated all her efforts and positive support when I had Bride stress moments. The venue is absolutely perfect from the waterfall background ceremony area to the shady trees, green grass, flowers and pretty soft lights hanging across the reception area. Our pictures were amazing because every spot had a perfect background for them. You wouldn't expect all this for the really affordable price either...our guest went on and on about how beautiful it was as well which also made us feel really good about our decision to choose this location. We highly recommend this venue. Thanks for everything!!!!

This place is an absolute dream! Lynn was amazing to work with and extremely helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. The venue is stunning and decorated so beautifully. I loved the 3 different spaces for the ceremony, cocktail, and reception areas. Every single guest who came had nothing but amazing things to say about this venue as well.
I cannot say enough about how amazing this venue was for our wedding. We got married July 8, 2023 and lucked out with the weather! The reception area is nicely shaded with all the trees so wasn’t too hot, and the cocktail hour area is covered.
If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor venue you must book The Gardens at Sutter Creek!

Lynn has made The Gardens at Sutter Creek an absolute dream wedding venue. We fell in love with the multiple different levels for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The waterfall at ceremony site, flowers and twinkling lights throughout the venue made our wedding truly magical. We are pleased how wonderful everything turned out. You must come visit and see for yourself how gorgeous the grounds are. It was a warm day and the sun can be an issue but nothing some umbrellas can’t fix. Lynn is an amazing owner and person! She is accommodating and always answered all our questions. We highly recommend this venue!
