The instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. I love the hands on training. I didn’t like that the book that we received, didn’t really go along with the computer slides. I never used the book the entire class but had to pay for it. The test was fine, but if you didn’t pass you get the answers anyways so what’s the point of the test.

I took a renewal course for BLS with Josue, and hands down it was the best class I’ve taken to date. He is a very knowledgeable instructor who uses humor to help you remember techniques and alleviate the stress of the situation. I recommend if you have to update your skills or are taking this course for the first time, to take your CPR training at Professional CPR Sacramento. Dominique made the training fun and memorable. They were fully equipped and offered snacks and beverages and the time flew by.
