As parents who entrusted our children to Childtime Daycare, we were impressed with the dedication of the teachers, who consistently demonstrated care and professionalism. However, the frequent turnover among the teaching staff raised concerns about stability and continuity, which is vital in early childhood education.

Our primary issue stems from the behavior of the coordinator and her assistant, particularly regarding their treatment of families of color. Despite our best efforts to foster a positive relationship, we encountered clear bias and discrimination, which became evident in their interactions with our child. The environment, unfortunately, appeared to prioritize certain families over others, with race, wealth, and social status playing an unwelcome role in how families were treated.

This experience has been deeply disheartening, and we would caution other parents—especially those from minority backgrounds—to carefully consider their options before choosing this daycare. Discrimination at such a formative stage is not only damaging but unacceptable. Additionally, the rigid, almost authoritarian atmosphere of the center further undermines the nurturing, supportive environment that children deserve.

We hope that no other families have to endure this type of exclusion and that Childtime takes steps to address these serious concerns, but at this time, we cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to other parents or to individuals seeking employment.

Finding the best child care is all a parent could ask for when you are a working parent. There are plenty of daycares out there with different curriculum and activities and I have worked at many schools and have seen more than my share of pros and cons. I don’t want to speak ill of other schools because each person’s experience can be different but I do want to highlight all the positives this place has to offer. They have honest staff members who give great updates on the children’s progress. They take the time to know your child as well as you do and work as a team to be on the same page as you with their development. I love that I can check their cameras from work and see my child playing live. I have 3 children and they have advanced significantly since starting with Childtime off Danbrook/Clubcenter. They always sanitize everything and follow all of the licensing guidelines. I recommend if you are debating between this school and any other, please check out the licensing website and look into all the complaints and incident reports of the the school of your choices before you enroll your child into any child care of your choice. I am more than sure that will help you confirm which place is best for you and your values.
I recommend you also take a tour and see for yourself how the set up is and open the classrooms are.

Childtime Natomas is nothing short of exceptional! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from Ms. Bev and Ms. Preet. The teachers here are not just caregivers; they're educators and friends to every child under their care.

The facilities are awesome, designed with children's safety and comfort in mind. From the colorful, stimulating classrooms to the secure outdoor play area, every space encourages exploration and creativity.

What truly sets Childtime apart is their dedication to individualized care. They understand that every child is unique, with their own interests, strengths, and needs. The teachers take the time to get to know each child personally, tailoring activities and interactions to support their development.

Communication with parents is outstanding. Daily updates, photos, and even occasional videos provide a window into our child's day, fostering trust and peace of mind.

Our child comes home happy, engaged, and eager to return the next day. We have been sending our two kids here since 2019 and we couldn't be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking an enriching environment for their child.
