I am sad to see that La Petite in Gold River has only 3 stars based on 2 reviews that have nothing to do with the quality of care that this daycare provides. I had just moved to the area and had struck out with 5+ other daycares. It was by chance that I came in to La Petite and WOW. I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect from my very first interaction with the staff. But let’s talk about what matters - my son LOVES his teachers and has the best time when he’s under the care of La Petite staff. They also have a live video feed that parents are able to access at anytime, which is so supportive for parents new to the world of daycare. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have been able to enroll my son right away, due to nothing but good timing. Affordable, compassionate, engaged and consistent. Can’t wait to have my son at La Petite for the next several years!

My child has been attending here for over a year now. We have had a really positive experience here. All the staff are super nice. They all know who my child is. The teachers are amazing. My daughter loves them and she actually gets excited to be there. She has learned so much. The teachers are also good about not spoiling milestones, we like to pretend we are the first at witnessing things. Lol. They use an app that has a live feed, they log food/naps/diapers. They post pics of activities. Which really gives us peace of mind.

scheduled a tour with an understanding that there were June openings (per phone conversation) only to show up for our tour and hear the earliest availability would be late fall? Huh?
I took off work and arranged my entire day’s schedule to be there with my 3 year old... The “director” was rude and condescending when I asked if any other la petite had openings she replied “best buy has no knowledge of other best buys availabilities” ? 🤔 (interesting concept- because in fact they do) as she proceeded with “but i can call them myself to ask FOR YOU.” La petite LOOKS like an amazing program- but it can only be as good as the staff they hire. I’d rather not have someone that impatient/ inconsiderate dealing with my child

My son has been attending this program since he was 3 months old. He is now 3.5 years old and heading into the preschool program shortly. I have been very happy with LPA and my son loves it there. He has bonded with each teacher he has had and I continue to be impressed with the quality teachers the program attracts. There has been some staff turn-over, but I believe that is common with a lot of these types of programs. LPA is run professionally and is very well organized. They have a well-balanced curriculum with a lot of nice art projects and many different kinds of activities and the children never seem bored. When you walk in it is a bright and cheerful place with a lot of personality and the outside areas are nice with separate areas depending on the age of the kids. Most importantly, I trust LPA and know that my son is safe and well cared for when he is there. He looks forward to going to school every day.

Wasted my time. My wife and I scheduled a tour only to be told that there are no openings.  They wasted our time because we took time off work to do a tour. We called the 800 number and they told us that they had two openings before we scheduled a tour. Clearly a lack of communication and because of that I wouldnt trust them with my kids. Companies like this don't care about kids. Its all about the money. Also I overheard a teacher saying that her whole family is sick. Why are you there?! She is potentially risking the other kids getting sick. Once again they don't care.

The center I tutored was in ( Folsom). I was beautifully laid out, easy to find my way around and clean. It offered bright colorful artwork made by the children. I really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor space. A big open space where the kids could play even if it is raining. The space was large with big windows. Neatly organized was bikes, balls and easels for easy access. I found La Petite to be bright, friendly and very caring.
