I’m a Livingston Mom with Twin Girls attending Livingston High School. We’re college bound and came to C2 for SAT testing preparation and support for each of our girls. As a Mom, I appreciated the thorough structure to C2’s approach with pre-testing to identify gap areas that would be focused on in the group sessions. C2 also conducted additional pre-testing as we moved to the digital format. The administration was extremely helpful as we tried to make sure we had the right teachers paired with each of our girls. C2 was also very helpful with their scheduling flexibility, which I appreciated. The resources are top notch, and my girls felt the practice questions, teacher support and repetition were extremely helpful. We did see an increase in SAT test scores as well as an increase in their confidence. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend C2 Livingston.

We started at C2 Livingston to give a boost to my daughter’s SSAT test for private school applications. She did 3 sessions per week (2 hrs per session) for 2 months and was able to meaningfully increase her test score (from the initial diagnostic test). The classes / teachers cover subject matters on the exam not yet taught in school as well as test strategies, which make kids better test takers down the road. I also noticed an uptick in my daughter’s school math and ELA grades this semester, which I think was a spill over benefit from the course. So it’s not just about improving test scores, but boost in real learning as well.
It’s a well-run place with effective teachers. It helped my daughter tremendously and we are very happy we made the investment.

I agree with another person who posted C2 Education felt insensitive to our needs. I have expressed our needs early on that we need a tutor that can connect with our son and I reiterated today again- disappointing they said unless my son has been assessed who special needs they can’t accommodate it. There was no commitment on their dedication to help my son get the right tutor that work well with him after we spoke to the management. Having C2 Education requires you pre-pay for a minimum of 50 hours at over $5000 I thought would accommodate request that would help my son and get optimal experience.

My son also mentioned needs on SAT review during the session which was brushed off and wasn’t recorded as a note - this is an indication they lack being attentive to the customers needs.

My twins attended C2 in Livingston to assist with their SAT testing.

Both my twins have ADHD, which, as you may know, can make learning quite challenging and, let's say, interesting. I was impressed by the coaches' ability to handle two very different students, enabling each to achieve success in their own unique way.

C2 definitely helped improve their test-taking confidence by providing SAT practice tests, instructional guidance on standardized test strategies, and crucially, personal attention when they struggled with questions. The coaches provided guided clarifications and reframed questions to help them better understand what was being asked. Additionally, there was an immediate one-on-one review of any incorrect answers. This process helped them understand the reasoning behind correct and incorrect answers while providing additional information they lacked—an approach particularly important for students with ADHD like my twins.

Both my children reported that the staff was not only friendly but also took their work seriously and helped them maintain focus.

C2 Livingston Center has been an excellent educational resource for both of our children. They have been attending classes at the Livingston Center for the last 3 years and the teachers and staff are great. Thanks in part to the coaching at the Livingston center, one child received a perfect score in the ISEE Math section and was admitted to the top three private schools in this area. Our other child has tested into all of the desired Advanced Placement courses in their High School Curriculum. We would recommend the C2 Livingston Center highly to any parent looking to supplement their kids in-class education.

C2 Education of Livingston supplements a student 's classroom experiences. It has helped our children to master different subject areas throughout the years. We believe it helps students to help themselves, and to assist them to become independent thinkers. We would like to praise Jared in particular. He has been an effective and enthusiastic tutor. He displays the desire to assist and share his knowledge with
his students.

We can think of nothing negative to say about this business. Their staff have always provided professional and excellent service. Their tutors have helped greatly when it came to review and preparation before tests and quizzes. We would recommend this location.

The tutors form a warm and supportive rapport with students. Score improvements after just a few months. Critical boost in self confidence. Definitely an excellent investment!

Update - our younger son also tremendously benefited from academic tutoring and SAT preparation at the Livingston location. Alice and her entire teaching staff are top notch! He received a fantastic score on his exam and is off to continue his journey at a prestigious college in the fall!
