I would love to share my experience about Dr Hong, but he's refusing to see my brother-in-law because he has a full load and my brother-in-law is not his patient. My brother-in-law has been in the ER for 3 days now and the other urologist at Kaweah is on vacation, so Dr Hong is his only choice at this moment. And he's refusing to even see my brother-in-law. So much for the hypocratic oath.

Dr hong is very compassionate and an good surgeon. He alone would get a 5 star, but his receptionist lisa needs to learn customer service before working in an office she is very rude and thinks she owns the office, I'm sure she wouldn't like her family members to get that type of service she provides to dr Hong's patients. Also there they only take money, no credit cards for office visit payments. The wait time is about 2hrs. So be prepared to wait.
