They promised a minimum score based on the initial test and package we agreed to buy. But when the actual score was lower than their promised score, their offer was to take few additional classes. That option is useless as there is no time before applications.
There was no accountability of the lower score. If you promised a score for one attempt then you should take full accountability especially after charging in thousands.
Also a note to all parents, the skill level of instructors we experienced was not worth the amount we paid.
I strongly recommend to all parents not to waste your money on SAT classes here.

False advertisement of positions within the company. Be careful when applying to Huntington Academy. They offered me the position and we agreed on the start date. The person from Huntington Academy that I was contacting said they can accommodate the start time I provided and then nothing until I received an email four days before the start time that said "we won't be able to give you the hours you are looking for" (weird because I do not remember finalizing my hours). So either they looked at the hours they could work with after hiring me and realized they could not support the position or they lied completely from the start. Again, be wary when applying to Huntington Academy.

The owner's response is new information that contradicts what I received in the emails I have seen. I wonder why they never communicated to me starting earlier? Is professionalism of asking someone to come in earlier or even finding a compromise to much to ask? Again, watch out when applying to Huntington Academy.

The instructors at Huntington in Issaquah are excellent as assessing what my child needs and tailoring a plan to help him exceed. The communication has been very clear and everything just makes sense. I have seen great progress made with both of my children. Their program really works!

Easy to schedule, willing to reschedule in advance when needed, helps us get homework pages to our tutor in advance of a session. The Center and our Tutor also help coordinate extra sessions as needed in advance of an exam. They have been great to work with!

Huge thanks to Huntington in Issaquah. They helped my child prepare and feel confident in taking the SAT and helped her as well with her college essays. The tutors have helped my daughter significantly! She went from not being able to recognize all the letters of the alphabet to reading at almost her grade level (2nd grade). And we've only been going for eight months. They work with me on schedule, keep me updated on progress, offer ideas. I only wish we've done this sooner. Highly recommend!!!

The Huntington Learning Center of Issaquah provided excellent ACT test preparation for my daughter. The staff was communicative, responsive, and flexible. They were able to accommodate our request for safe in person instruction during Covid and they also enabled us to participate in virtual sessions and practice tests via Zoom when we couldn't meet in person. Most importantly, they tailored our daughter's instruction plan to ensure she not only met, but exceeded her goal score. The individual customization they provided proved incredibly effective in delivering superior results. I highly recommend Huntington. Special shout out to Rebecca for her high touch approach and personal attention to our student!
