I am from Vermont and Koons of Westminster was the only dealership I could find that had the model and features I wanted. I started to work with Will Mansfield and he made this whole experience so simple and easy. Will answered all my questions, got everything set up ahead of time and made the purchase of this truck a breeze. Pricing here is much lower than in New England dealers and with an easy train ride to within 30 minutes of the dealer this was an easy deal. Thank you Will Mansfield for helping me get the truck I wanted. Will kept us well informed throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Will. I highly recommend Joanne in the sales department. Buying a car can be a very overwhelming process, but Joanne was personable and accommodating. I told her exactly what I wanted and she helped me make it happen. She didn't push me towards anything I didn't want, which I respect in a sales person. She also stayed on top of everything when there were many balls in the air. If you visit this dealership make sure to ask for Joanne!
